The Home: Come to the magical center of bohemian Paris and settle in our charming apartment overlooking Boulevard de Clichy and Sacre Coeur. You will find yourself sipping champagne and watching the sun slowly tint the rooftops and trees with rainbow colors. Or, on a gray and rainy day, look down to the silvered and glistening street below, and feel cozy in your treetop nest. Day and night, you'll have a magnificent view of Sacre Coeur cathedral from both the living room and bedroom windows!
The apartment is located on the fourth floor with an elevator, and is fully furnished and sleeps up to four guests. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofabed in the living room. The bathroom and kitchen are fully modernized with shower, dishwasher, washing machine, full refrigerator with separate freezer, microwave and gas cook top/oven combination. All cookware, dishes and cutlery and linens are furnished. Telephone, TV, DVD, stereo and WiFi Internet connection are also furnished.
The owners are writers in the movie business and the apartment reflects their warm and eclectic personalities. They have furnished it with style and imagination, in keeping with the youthful and lively character of the neighborhood.
The apartment is located in traditional building and has parquet floors, molded ceilings and a marble fireplace. The apartment curves around the corner of the building, and features multiple, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows opening west and north, making the apartment light-filled and sunny. The master bedroom, which also has a window and view of Sacre Coeur, has ample shelves, a queen-size bed and and desk area.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located on is a small side street which opens onto Boulevard de Clichy and is midway between Montmartre, the chic St. Georges’ neighborhood and Place de Clichy. It is truly “in the center of the action” if you are looking for shopping in traditional French neighborhoods, clubs and theaters, the timeless charm of Montmartre and endless possibilities for discovering bistros and chic restaurants.
For lovers of the enchanting Amelie, her café, Les Deux Moulins, is just steps away. Night owls will find plenty to amuse them in this lively and varied area. A short but steep walk up hill will bring you to Sacre Coeur where the "beat" never stops.

Public Transport:
There are 2 Metro stops and multiple busses in the immediate neighborhood within 5 minutes from the apartment. These lines connect to all areas of central Paris and are direct to the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Elysees and all major tourist sites such as the Louvre, Notre Dame, Musee D’Orsay, the Eiffel Tower and others. This section of Paris is unusually well served for efficient access to all parts of the city and suburban sites (Versailles, Giverny.)
Other Information:
The building is small and owner-occupied. The apartment is fully modernized, while retaining its original charm and style. Children are welcome. The apartment is on a 4th floor, with a newly-installed elevator.

We thoroughly enjoyed this apartment - quaint, comfortable, airy and light - great windows. The location is central to so many things. And of course, the view toward Sacre-Coeur is icing on the cake.

To be all over this beautiful city and to then find yourself saying "let's go home" and home being here, is an amazing thing. There is a comfort that no hotel could provide.

It is a truly lovely apartment and we all enjoyed the French Life feel of it - my niece is transforming her bedroom French-style now. We hope we shall be lucky enought to stay there again one day !
