Wailea's Ekahi Village is Paradise. Our condo #13C is in a two story, ocean front property with lush landscaping, four pools, one of Maui's premier beaches, a large greenbelt and pavilion, and a 3 mile walking/running path along the ocean.
Our coveted 1st floor location, newly remodeled condo has a tropical "Tommy Bahama" feeling, comfortable and "beachy", with our lanai overlooking a greenbelt area. It is located in the "lower village" with an ocean view and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Large, luxury hotels, superb dining, Hawaiian entertainment, sports activities and shopping are within walking distance.
Our guests rave about our location, the tropical charm of our condo, the location to the greenbelt, quiet pool and big pool, beach and pavilion. The bedroom has been enlarged and includes a desk and chair, full length mirror, luxury carpet (great for floor exercises), and a very comfortable king bed. Many guests return year after year.

We love Wailea! We love the tropical weather, food, decor and relaxing in a beautiful spot. Ekahi Village is a beach front, low-rise, small condominium project in Wailea, Maui. We have great weather, casual and 5 star restaurants, one of the most beautiful beaches in Maui right in front of us, ocean views, sunsets and BBQing from our lanais. It is paradise.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There are several wonderful beaches near-by, a 3 mile beach walk in front of the beautiful hotels, whale watching, excellent dining, great weather and an amazing greenbelt and luscious landscaping all over our property (banana, lime, and avocado trees, and the most beautiful hibiscus you have ever seen! Truly a spectacular vacation spot that keeps renters returning over and over again.

The four of us have been traveling to Maui for over 27 years, always bringing our children and wishing we could own a place in Ekahi Village. We finally did it and have remodeled both of our condos (#13C and #39B) so that they are inviting, tropical, relaxing and updated for a great vacation stay. We love your condo!! It feels like home. It’s quiet, private, super location…why am I telling you what you already know? Tommy Bahama décor and a super outfitted kitchen…make us an offer we can’t refuse! We are already trying to figure out when we can return!

We loved Maui and loved your home. It was perfect for our family. The location, the view, the pool, the sunsets, the flowers, it was all just perfect.
