LEMON GRASS is wonderfully charming and comfortable.
The villa's main level overlooks the Blue Bay dotted with sail boats and green Tortola hills, Jost Van Dyke and St. Thomas at night . The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining areas, and the air-conditioned king master suite, all open to the covered veranda bordering this level, the favorite gathering place for sunsets and relaxed dinners. Just outside the master bedroom is a comfortable love seat for morning coffee or summer sunsets. There is a Bleeding Heart Vine that attracts tiny hummingbirds.
A covered exterior staircase leads down to the pool level and its two equal air-conditioned king bedroom/bath suites (one with alfresco shower) which opens out through french doors to the covered lower verandas and to the pool and sun deck set with chaise lounges, a very comfy sitting area set with a table and chairs, perfect for a game of cards or a jigsaw puzzle and a mini-fridge to keep the beer cold!
Tropical palms and potted plants abound throughout the property. Colorfully artistic tile work throughout, accented by island furnishings in wicker, seagrass and teak, and native stonework outside all add to Lemon Grass's warm Caribbean flavor. A native stone patio covered with a pergola flanks the rear of the main level and yet another breezy spot for your enjoyment at Lemon Grass.
Walk to Cane Garden Bay's white sand beach, restaurants and occasional evening entertainment from Lemon Grass.
There is a new boat dock about a 5 minute walk from Lemon Grass. Some of our guests finds this very convenient for docking a power boat or yacht dinghy. |
