Situated in the quiet cove of Deerfield Marina on Norris Lake, The Penthouse Condo is the perfect vacation getaway, with lakefront convenience and comfort. Built in 2005, it offers an ideal setting for entertaining family and friends.
Whether wanting to be on the lake or golf course, guests can enjoy a well-maintained and equiped dwelling. The condo sleeps 14 comfortably, an ample kitchen, dining room, and family gathering room.
Just 25 strides from the front door to the pool and then 50 more to the lake. The cove is in a no-wake zone.

Deerfield Resort is a gated-community, located on 1,000 secluded acres, along the north-eastern shore of Norris Lake. True to its name, the resort is home to many deer in a woodland setting, located across the water from Chuck Swan Wildlife Sanctuary.

Our overall experience was wonderful! The place is truly amazing and breathtaking. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need on site. Whether you love the water or just enjoy some quiet peaceful time alone, this is the place to be. The property is very clean and well-maintained. The kids enjoyed being able to take long walks and see the deer in the valley and surrounding area. A great getaway to get recharged!

This condo was immaculate. Our family stayed over the Christmas Holidays! We are always going down during the summer but decided to do a family Kick off the Holidays family getaway. The condo was clean and completely loaded. We will be back in the summer!

The condo and Norris Lake are beautiful. There was plenty of room and the amenties were excellent. We got a chance to meet the owners. They were extremely nice and very accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

What more can you say? This place and Norris lake are awesome! This condo is spectacular. We had a large group (11) and everyone was very comfortable and never felt crowded. Very clean and well stocked with more ammenities than any rental I have used before. As my kids said...."It was the best week of our lives!". We will back! Thank you, thank you, thank you for providing a great place for us to rest our tired bodies!
