WELCOME TO OUR PLACE AT THE LAKE ON NORRIS LAKE
Situated in Deerfield, in a peaceful cove on Norris Lake, Our Place At The Lake is the a great vacation getaway, with lake front accomodations. Built in 2000, this wonderful house is great for entertaining.
Whether playing on the lake or playing eighteen holes on the golf course, you will enjoy your stay in the newly painted,carpeted and furnished house. The house sleeps 10 comfortably with four levels.
A short walk from the deck, is a community dock whichs provides you with a assigned slip for your boat. The cove is at the end of a no-wake zone. A swim platfom is also provided to enjoy swimming and relaxing.
DEERFIELD RESORT is a gated-community, located on 900 acres, along the north-eastern shore of Norris Lake. Be ready to see many deer roaming the terrain. The cove is also located across the water from Chuck Swan Wildlife Sanctuary.

THE IDEAL LAKE
There are many great lakes among the Cumberland Mountains and the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, but Norris is in a class of its own! The water offers excellent recreation for boating and water sports, as well as fishing.
The largest of the Tennessee Valley Authority lakes, Norris has 34,000 acres, with 880 miles of shoreline, providing waterways and countless coves for exploring and enjoying. No matter what season you visit, the fullness of the scenery is breathtaking.
We also own the house next door named The Trio VRBO #335664. The two properties rented together makes for a great family reunion or just a large group!

We stayed at "Our place at the lake" 8/11-8/14. The drive was so simple and the view when we walked in the house told us how great our stay would be. Just a short walk down to the lake and we had fun, sun and swimming. We took 4 kids ranging from age 7 to 19 and we all enjoyed the trip. The house was fantastic. 4 bathrooms worked out perfectly and each of the kids had their own space. The view from each floor to the lake was amazing. There was an atmosphere that just said, "lay back and have fun!" We rented a boat and explored the lake, the house was convienent to quite a few marinas. We would go back in a minute. This house would be great for a few couples to go away for an adult weekend too. Everything was so convenient for cooking, which saved money on feeding everyone. What a great trip!

We stayed here a couple of years ago and are getting ready to go back! We plan to make it a yearly tradition for our family to stay here! The owners--Jodi and John are so accomodating and have thought of everything to make your stay pleasant! The home is beautiful and comfortable and its a wonderful location--being able to dock your boat so close! We really love our time spent here!

We stayed here over late summer and will be returning again this summer. The house was absolutely perfect from top to bottom, with everything available to us. We usually rent through Deerfield and have to bring all our towels, garbage bags, detergent and Our Place had it all even down to the spices for cooking. The kids loved the cove to swim in along with being able to play basketball right out in the front drive. Location was great and owners were very acommadating.

The home was immaculate! Your cleaning crew does an amazing job. We had everything we needed. It was a pleasure to cook in a well equipped kitchen (not usually the case with rental homes)... The home is beautiful and was a perfect spot for our boat. All of the neighbors are so nice and friendly. We got spoiled by having our boat out the back door. t to have so much space. The only items I would recommend adding would be some citronella candles for the deck (bugs were kind of biting) and more dish towels.
