This luxurious home has everything: great location, room for everyone, impeccable furnishings, and fabulous views! This spacious, 2800 sq ft home is professionally decorated by More Than Design and sleeps up to 8 comfortably. It is located above Main Street and is only a 2 minute drive to Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley or Park City Mountain, a 5 minute walk to Main Street and the free shuttle.

On the top level of this magnificent tri-level home are a bedroom with a queen bed and TV, a full bath and a separate TV room with a sleeper sofa. This TV room is a great place for the kids to hang out, play Guitar Hero on the Wii, board games or just relax!

As you walk down to the main level, the first thing you'll notice is a spectacular panoramic view of Park City. You can see the sun rise over the mountain in the morning, watch the skiers schuss down on Quit-N-Time run at end the day or gaze at the stars and Park City lights at night! On this level are the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high end stainless appliances and granite counter tops, eating room which seats 8 comfortably, the large TV room with a gas stone fireplace, a half bath and a balcony. Step outside onto the large balcony to enjoy the surrounding mountain views or relax in the large hot tub!

Downstairs on the lower level are the guest room with a flat screen TV and full bathroom, the master bedroom with flat screen TV and a walk in closet, and the master bath. The master bath has a steam shower and jacuzzi tub. Also located on this level is the laundry room.

We know you will find all the comforts of home: 64-inch HDTV with HDTVDirecTV satellite, flat screen TVs, CD and DVD players, WiFi internet access, telephone intercom system, heated garage, heated slate floor on the balcony, boot and glove dryer, gas barbecue grill, custom made bedding, steam shower, and 3 1/2 bathrooms with granite counter tops.


* NON-SMOKING.
* NO PETS.
* $1000 refundable security deposit and 50% of rental balance due upon booking to secure reservation.
* Remainder of balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
* Cancellation Policy: payment/deposit is refundable if replacement rental found.
* If renting a car, I recommend 4-wheel drive during the winter.
* $150 cleaning fee if stay is three nights or less.
* Monthly rate available upon request.
* CHECK-IN 2:00 pm - CHECK-OUT 10:00 am

  • We stayed here for the first time four years ago. We've been to many other ski destinations and stayed in other homes before, but this house is by far the BEST! The location is unbeatable, very convenient as you can just walk right into the middle of town, and it's a short taxi ride to Deer Valley Resort (five minutes). This house, Park City and Deer Valley has kept us coming back again and again. That's why we've not gone to another ski destination in four year! Bravo to the Sobels for creating this oasis!
