Enjoy our nicely furnished two level duplex located above the town of Winter Park. Stroll ten minutes into town, or walk a few yards to the bus route and ride to the base with no parking hassles.
Three bedroom, two and one-half bath fits two families comfortably.
The main floor includes the master bedroom with private bath. Also on the main floor is a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room, and a step down into living room with stereo, TV/DVD, and gas fireplace. From the living room, you can walk out to the upper level deck with great mountain views. Inside, go downstairs to two more bedrooms and a full family room with TV and DVD player. Access the lower deck and your hot tub from the family room.
Walk in minutes, pedal, or drive to the entrance of Arapaho National Forest with biking, riding, hiking, cross-country skiing and motorized access to miles of protected trails.
When you rent with us, you are dealing directly with the owner, not a management company. We really are VRBO.

Outstanding Winter Park Lodging

This is a very spacious home that fits two families easily. There's a master suite upstairs, with two more bedrooms downstairs (one with bunk beds). Plus there's a TV room downstairs with a very comfortable pull-out couch that is also great for sleeping. Great hot tub right off the downstairs den. Nice big dining room and living area upstairs, lots of room for dinners or games. It's nice having a living room upstairs and a den downstairs. Kids can watch a movie downstairs while the grownups socialize upstairs. Kitchen is spacious and modern with all the conveniences you'd expect. Plenty of parking in the garage and driveway. Fits at least 3 cars right next to the house. No need to haul skis or groceries up and down stairs, everything is at ground level. Everything is very up-to-date and clean. Town is within walking distance. We've stayed here several times and have enjoyed it everytime. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home - perfect for our family of 6! Every convenience imaginable was provided for our comfort and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived with a wonderful welcome basket. Owners checked if we were satisfied/needed anything via text message. View is wonderful from bedrooms and living areas, with a fabulous reading window seat upstairs. Enjoyed the warm fireplace and hot tub, with unforgettable starry evenings. Convenient to town, ski shuttle picks up almost right outside the door. Also enjoyed tubing and snowmobiling in Fraser. Deno's has great reasonably priced food for a close-by meal out.

This was an awesome place for two families with kids to share. The family room downstairs is perfect for kids to entertain themselves. We particularly loved: * Great, well equipped kitchen * Private jacuzzi on the lower deck after a day of skiing * 2 full baths and a separate powder room * The incredible owners (Susan and Rob) who were so easy to work with and made our stay so comfortable - like family This is truly a home away from home!

This property was exactly as the pictures and narrative described. Our family of 5 adults had plenty of room and it felt like home! During our stay, we had brief phone calls from both owners; first to make sure we had no problems on arrival and at the end of the stay, to remind us of check out procedures. They were gracious and accommodating in both instances. We would recommend this property to families and friends who want a comfortable space in which to visit, renew relationships and relax. We enjoyed hiking and viewing wildlife in beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park each day of our visit. Everything was provided to make our stay comfortable - right down to the Safeway discount card! Thanks to our hosts for helping to make our vacation a wonderful memory.

Our off-season August visit was wonderful. The condo was plenty spacious for our 8-member family, and the facilities were perfect for our destination vacation: cleanliness, a complete kitchen, 3 separate bedrooms and a den pull-out couch offering comfortable sleeping space, 2 decks and an outdoor grill, and a window seat in the living room to sit with coffee and a restful view of the mountains. The owners provide a wealth of entertainment options for a rainy day -- cards and board games we played next to the fireplace, flat-screen TV, hot tub,etc. when we decided not to walk into town to take advantage of the little shops and eating options. We had valuable time together and are grateful that the owners made our personalized visit so special to our family.

We stayed for 4 nights. The views were fantastic, fireplace easy to use and gave off lots of heat. The hot tub worked well and had a nice view of the mountains.The 2 large beds were extremely comfortable. Lots of room with 2 separate living areas gave the adults and children lots of space. 2 TV's (1 a large flat panel) was stocked with plenty of current movies to choose from. The access to the slopes was easy by car, and the bus service was great (dropped us off about 100' from our front door which is great after a long day of skiing). 2 refrigerators gave us lots of room for extra drinks. We're planning a trip up for the summer as we loved the area and views (looks like good biking and hiking) and it was so easy and quick to get to from the Denver airport.

this is a wonderful rental property that has all the amenities of home in a setting that really encourages relaxation. Everything we needed was in the property and all 8 of us were really comfortable. The view of the mtns from the living room is dreamy. The location is also perfect for an easy trip to the resort or for a million outdoor opportunities. We look forward to staying here again soon!
