Really enjoyed this place. Stayed here the week after Christmas with 4 skiing friends. Was perfect for our group. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook all our meals in. Close grocery stores, close to ski resorts, helpful owner for questions, comfortable with plenty of space, nice hot tub, really everything we wanted in a rental at a great price! Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a week last winter and are coming back again this year. Condo was clean and spacious, and the hot tub was perfect (very private, on the back deck) for these tired old legs after a day of skiing. We have teenagers who want separate bedrooms -- this worked out well, good space between all of us. Wireless internet worked perfectly, and the garage opens up into the basement of the condo, where there is plenty of storage space for skis, boots etc. Location was central to restaurants, grocery store etc. We skied at Alta, Canyons, Park City and Snowbasin, rented skis nearby. Very convenient if you're interested in sampling more than one ski resort. Happy and returning customers.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My husband and I and another couple rented this condo for a four-day weekend. We have mixed reviews. The view was fabulous and it was fun being close to the U campus and other attractions. The furniture and decorating style was fun. However, the condo needs a little TLC and a thorough cleaning. When we arrived the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The towel bars were missing or broken in both upstairs bathrooms (the holes were there) They really need to invest in a water softener. There were hard water spots on everything. We chose not to use any dishes or cookwear because it all looked dirty due to the hard water. We lived in SLC for ten years....you have to get a water softener!! The lighting over the dining room table kept going off on it's own...never did figure that one out. We had to fix a toilet upon arrival. No response from the owner when we called about that (although we did text her and tell her we had it fixed) The beds were comfortable, but only had sheets and huge fat comforters on them. We couldn't find lighter blankets anywhere. The air conditioning worked great however! For the price, it was OK and tolerable, however we use VRBO several times a year and this rental will rank at the bottom.

I am happy to read that you enjoyed the view and the furnishings of my townhouse and also your stay besides a few minor details such as the broken towel rack and clean dishes in the dishwasher. I am sorry to hear about the broken toilet that I was not made aware of since we had a tenant that just left after a 6 week stay. I wish now that I had returned your call but when you text me that "all is well beside the broken towel rack" I didn't realize I was expected to respond. As for the hard water, I wish I could bring one in but at this time am not able. The condo usually rents for $250 per night plus taxes and cleaning fee. I rented my condo to you for $129.03, with taxes and cleaning fee included, per night($32.25 per person). I thought at that price you could have overlooked the one broken towel rack and the hard water. I want to thank you because you have made me realize that I do need to raise the prices so I can continue giving the place the care that it needs. Between the view and the furnishings of the condo I think is so amazing that people would overlook the broken towel rack and hard water. But, just to let you know, the towel rack has been replaced and I made my house-cleaner aware of leaving clean dishes in the dishwasher. I am sorry no soft water tank but I would like one in my home first. Best Regards, Rina

I like it very much. In 20 years of going skiing in Utah I have seen a lot and rented many houses from VRBO. This house is great. Good location, near highway, close to all ski resorts, shopping and city. The house itself is very cozy, modern and comfortable. Everything you need is in the house…high speed internet, TV DVD , washer, dryer, big garage. The view out the window is breathtaking and the porch is huge with hot tub. It was a great place to sneak away for the 5 days and for the price it was well worth it. Thanks a lot.

Hi, we have had a really hard time. Flight cancelled and transfered to another airline.Lost all our bags! The condo was a nice surprise when we finally arrived. Very nice. I LOVE the view from the master bedroom and the fireplace is wonderful in the master bedroom. I have always dreamed of sleeping in a room with a fireplace.
