This beautiful condo is right on the Pacific Ocean with a view that goes forever! And wait until you have seen all of the work that was done on the remodeling job! We have given our condo a complete face lift! The condo has brand new tile floors, two new cushioned benches that can double as single beds in the living room, air conditioners in the bedrooms, granite counter tops, new cabinets and new apliances in the kitchen, a new staircase leading up to a tiled covered rooftop terrace, renovated modern bathrooms, etc.
The condo is on the fourth floor, and there are spacious rooms, a private balcony and vibrant colors to make this condo a place to enjoy!
I am sure you will love this condo as much as we do when we are there. If you are interested in staying at our beachfront condo for an extended period of time, please give us a call and I'm sure we will be able to work something out. There are only a few units that are rented to guests, the majority of the units are owned by doctors from nearby Guadalajara. Most of the time you will have the entire building to yourself!
We have a beautiful pool and jacuzzi right on the ocean, and there is a thatched roof tiled area next to the pool, perfect for sipping something cool as the ocean breeze melts your cares away!
There is 24 hour security in one of the safest and most accessible parts of Manzanillo, with a great bakery and and internet cafe just down the road. Great restaurants and the nightlife Manzanillo has to offer are nearby, but you will be right in the middle of paradise! This is a really nice condo, and I'm sure you will fall in love with this place just as we have. We look forward to hearing from you!

Year Purchased: 2002
My wife Claudia and I were married in 1993. The story behind how we met and fell in love is quite unique! I had gone to Alaska while a college student with some friends to work in a salmon fish packing plant. While there I met several gentlemen from Guadalajara, and I became good friends with one of those guys. I decided to study for one semester at the University of Guadalajara, and while there I met and fell in love with my wife, Claudia. We were married three months later in a Chinese restaurant on the border! I was back in Alaska a few weeks later (my wife was finishing up her last semester at the University of Guadalajara)and got a job on a fishing boat in the Bering Sea (have you seen "Deadliest Catch?"). After my adventure at sea I was back in Mexico to have our church wedding. Two days later I was to start my last year at the University of the South (in Sewanee, TN), and a year later we were both fortunate to get jobs teaching Spanish at a small boarding/day school (St. Andrews-Sewanee School in Sewanee, TN). We have been here for the past 16 years and love it. We go to Mexico every summer and stay in our condo, and our girls (8 and 12 yrs. old) have truly benefited from our bicultural lifestyle. We rent our condo because we can not be there during the academic year, so at least somebody will be able to enjoy it while we are in the classroom! Enjoy!

The food (especially the sea food) is excellent, the entire town is accessible by taxi or bus (they both pass right in front of the condo regularly), and the people are very friendly!
