Welcome to Oakbank, a newly renovated luxurious 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of the village of Edzell in Angus. It will offer you all the comforts you expect to find in your own home.
The spacious apartment is the on the first floor of a purpose build building established by a painter/decorator in 1899. It has been completely renovated in 2007. The apartment now comprises a comfortable lounge, with sofa bed if required, a large family kitchen/ dining room and a luxury bathroom. There are three bedrooms; the master bedroom is a double with an en-suite bathroom at the front of the apartment and the two twin bedrooms are situated at the rear of the apartment with country views. The second of the twin bedrooms is accessed from the lounge. The fully enclosed back garden has a large patio area with garden furniture, a barbecue and a small grassed area. A shed is available for bike storage if required. Off-road parking at the back of the apartment is possible via a lane at the side of the building.
Edzell is within two hours drive of all Scotland's major airports, with Aberdeen just 45 minutes away.
