Cozy 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath Vermont Cape on 11 private acres with access to the VAST trail system. Less than 1/4 mile to Seymour Lake Beach, and Boat Ramp. The has has a roomy open floor plan.
The house sleeps 9 and features 2 queens (pillow top mattress and a Select Comfort Mattress), 1 full and 3 twins. The master room is large with a private bath. Linens, towels, and
beach towels provided.
There are new hardwood floors throughout and beam work in the down stairs. The dining area and living room feature large glass windows with views of the front yard (lake and mountain views in winter, early spring and fall). Satellite tv, movies and games for entertainment.
The living room has a beautiful stone fireplace which wraps around to the dining area to include a woodstove, indoor grill and warming oven. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Dining area has seating for 10+.
A walk out basement has shelving and and area for snowmobile clothing, or boating accessories. There is a 3-in-1 game table that features foosball, air hockey, and mini pool, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and an area with a sink for cleaning fish.
The yard has a large driveway with plenty of parking. A fire pit and picnic table for spring, summer and fall use. Flower beds, large lawn, woods and streams.
We are 30 minutes from Jay or Burke Ski Resorts. We are near beautiful golf courses, restaurants, biking, kayaking, horseback riding etc.

Why the Owner Chose Morgan
We chose this location because we had a hard time finding a rental that you could snowmobile out of that could sleep at least two families. The location is great for year round vacations - some of the best snowmobile trails in Vermont are out our back door, the second biggest lake in Vermont out our front door.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoy being able to snowmobile in the yard and on the trail system. We like to be able to walk to the lake and enjoy a day at the beach. At night we enjoy having a camp fire and looking at the stars. The indoor cooking grill is great and we use this feature throughout the year. The location is peaceful and close to the activity but we also feel secluded.
