This property is located on Sunset Beach, Florida. This quaint sought after peninsular neighborhood in Treasure Island, Florida, is a beautiful one-mile stretch of beach with the intra coastal on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other. Sunset Beach, in the Key West tradition is comprised of eclectic beach homes and cottages. A friendly, casual atmosphere exists where walking or biking is the preferred mode of transportation. There is a wonderful boardwalk, fishing dock, boat launch and playground residents enjoy.
Our upscale Cabana suites are newly redeveloped offering custom cherry kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, 11 foot ceilings, imported tile flooring, crown molding and truly luxurious appointments.
At the center of our cluster of cottages and cabana suites is a lovely courtyard with wonderful grilling, picnicking and lounging facilities including a wonderful heated pool. This place was not what we thought it would be and we were very disappointed

I see he has changed his wording and probably a smart thing to do because the when I was there we were very unhappy and so were the other people next to us. So be clear it is one very small room with a murphy bed. The kitchen is very small and good luck trying to do much more than make a sandwich. The murphy bed is very uncomfortable. Theres actually no room to walk around the bed if you are stuck sleeping in the left side be prepared to slide to the end of the bed to get out. VERY small bathroom, if your overweight by much you won't want to stay there because it'll be hard to shower or even brush your teeth. There is no way to fit a third person in there unless you are planning on letting them sleep in bed with you. I called the owner to complain about the place compared to how it was listed, he basically told me too bad I didn't know what I was talking about so that was really nice customer service. The pool is the size you would have in your back yard and the hot tub is in the pool that has a limit of 12 bathers so go to his website and see all the places there to figure that one out. Actually I did go and see a lot more of Florida than I planned because I couldn't stand being cooped up in that little place. I love renting from VRBO and have never been even a little disappointed until now, this place just doesn't belong in here because it doesn't meet the standards.
Owner response:We strive to be as informative as possible. Blue Waters Beach Club offers different size units. It offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom and studio size condos. This guest requested a studio which is the smallest and the most economical, designed for 1 or 2 people. The web site is very explicit and shows exactly what you get. We have had wonderful reviews from guests on these units. Our other condos at this property are full size cottages with full kitchens and large bathrooms. The pool is new and accommodates the required number of guests. We try hard to give guests a memorable stay. Please check all other reviews.
