We really enjoyed the condo and the bunk beds in the hallway. The unit was clean and decorated nice. We cooked a couple nights in the kitchen that was well equipped. One of the best features was the beach that was never crowded because there weren't a lot of high rise hotels near us.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Outstanding and Kid Friendly/ Or Just Kozy for Adults

This is the second time we have stayed in same condo. We love it; it is bottom unit however the views are still amazing yet you are close enough to the pool and beach that it is very easy with kids. The beach toys and other items for condo use were awesome and saved us from hauling ours or buying new ones so that is a definite plus! We have went in peak and off peak and both weren't busy and only having 10 units makes that possible. If we could move there we would in a second. We had no problems with oil or fumes and although clean up crews were on site they didnt clean any oil from there. There is plenty of room, we have 4 kids and we were very comfortable, and I doubt you will find owners as nice as these. They have just been amazing both times we have stayed! Our kids loved it again and there favorite part is we can let them go to the pool even though our 2 year old has to take a nap, they are old enough but in the bigger condos you arent that close to the pool. You are literally right above it so a little freedom was nice. After kids went to bed we would spend a quiet relaxing evening on the balcony listening to waves and it was truly the highpoint of the day. We can't wait to go back. Thanks to the Owners Once Again!!

The best place in Ft walton/ Okaloosa Island to STay!!!

The evening we arrived it was raining. But that was okay , we had parking under the building, so we did not get wet.The elevator was convenient, and the carts were helpful. We got up in the morning to a beautiful ocean view. The chairs on the beach and the umbrellas were ready, and so were we . After a while on the beach it was time for a dip in the pool and a liitle time there. Then lunch. It is a beautiful view while dining. Everything we needed we was there (just add food). A perfect place to be and all the furnishings and linen's etc . were very nice. To us this was the best place in the Ft. Walton area to rent. Ricardo and Anita were great to rent from and they were very understanding in regards to our concerns with reference to the oil spill. I would like to pass along a special thanks to them for a wonderful stay. Ps. The beach was great and fairly quiet. We definitely recommend this property.

We had a perfect vacation staying in #204 at the Blue Dolphin on Okaloosa Island. Anita and Ricardo were so easy to work with. We had an air conditioner issue when we arrived that they immediately took care of for us. The condo was so clean and very comfortable. The beach access couldn't have been easier and we loved that the beach was not crowded. In fact, there was no one on the beach in front of our condo in the evening; it felt like it was our private beach. Our kids enjoyed every minute of the vacation and we have so many memories to cherish. The only negative thing about the trip is that we had to leave.

We stayed at the Blue Dolphin Sept '09 and had a wonderful stay. The condo is just like the pictures and description, It had a wonderful ocean view and it was great to walk right out to the beach. Our daughter really enjoyed the Gulfarium which is very close by. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Our stay at the Blue Dolphin was excellent! We loved the view of the beach from the balcony, and we enjoyed watching the dolphins in the morning. We really liked how close we were to the beach and the pool. This really helped out since our children are so young. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for sharing your condo with us. The rental terms were very fair and the condo was nicely furnished.You had every kitchen utensil we needed. We joined the Ft Walton snowbird club and found many activities there. We also got our share of beads at the Mardi Gras parade on Santa Rosa Ave. All in all- avery pleasant stay.

Thank You so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. The view was so beautiful and we had a blast. It was very close to alot of things yet still very private. We deffinately made memories with our children. This was my youngests first time to the beach and he loved it. Also my six yr old thought the bunks in the hall were the coolest!! We had a great time! The location was nice and very quiet. Our sons were thrilled to see dolphins swimming outside and liked watching the "pecilans" dive into the ocean to eat. Thanks alot!!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Being on the 2nd floor was great so most of the time we just took the stairs. Hurricane Ike rolled past and caused the beach to be closed a few days, but we were content to just hang out in the condo and relax. Kids loved the bunk beds! Thanks for letting us stay!

Dear Moreno's Thank you so much for letting us rent your condo. It was so nice and clean and we loved how it sits right on the beach. Our first night there we watched four dolphins playing right in front of the condo from the balcony. The water was beautiful and the sand was so white and clean. Our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren had a great time. We were there for July 4th, so we just walked down the street from the condo and cut through a beach access area to the bay where they were setting off fireworks from a barge. We all sat on a dock and watched the fireworks go off right over our heads.. it was fantastic. We definately will be contacting you to rent in the future. Thanks so much

Anita, we just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at the Blue Dolphin. The condo was clean and very comfortable, even with 6 people. The beach was lovely, the pool was nice, and it was very quiet and relaxing just as we had hoped. We hope to be back again very soon!

Loved the condo, was perfect for us and our kids. They loved the bunk beds! The Blue Dolphin is such a nice condo building and we love the fact that it is smaller than those huge condo buildings. The pool was never crowded or the beach in front of the building. The view was awesome from the balcony and the weather was perfect!! The sand was beautiful and the water was gorgeous! The condo was up to date and modern and made you feel like you were welcome and comfortable. We loved it!

Anita, Thanks so much for the use of your condo. Last year we stayed at a condo up the road from yours and it was not near as nice. I liked the fact that there are not as many units there which makes parking easier and the pool not crowded. As a matter of fact, we were at the pool by ourselves all but one time. The view is really great and there are so many things to do close by. Again, thanks a lot.

What a lovely condo. We had friends along and the four of us had a wonderful time walking the beautiful beach or sitting on the patio deck. The swimming pool was an added plus. Hope to stay here again next year.

Everything was wonderful and we look forward to staying there again sometime. We had to call maintenance for the dishwasher once. It wouldn't drain, but it was no big deal. He came the very next day and fixed it. He was very efficient and friendly. The condo was really perfect. It was nicely decorated and clean. The pool nor the parking lot was overcrowded which was great. The walk to the beach was quite short. We definitely enjoyed that! Anita, it couldn't have been better. The weather was great. We had a wonderful vaction. Thanks so much for sharing your place.
