We loved this property because it was very clean, comfortable, very spacious and luxurious and affordable. We were two families traveling together including teens and smaller kids and we were very comfortable. The laundry area was a nice bonus. The only downside was that we were only a able to stay one night because we were just passing through Niagara Falls. Would definitely book this property again. Very short drive to Niagara Falls.

This is a great house for families or friends looking to share an amazing house that is close by to everything yet extremely cost effective! The rooms are spacious, the floor plan is open and bright. Great modern renovations that most don't even have in their own homes, much cleaner than a hotel. It's a very quiet street about 5 minutes from the falls, there is a park right outside in the field across the road. Wireless internet, cable tv for those who just want to hang out and enjoy the house, it's that nice. Having the washer/dryer in the basement was great! The basement was also dry and extremely clean! NO moldy old smell here, it's finished enough to let the kids hang out and play down there. What can I say, this place is great and I highly recommend it. I would definitely come back and request this house again, well worth it! Oh one last important thing to note...these folks have the arrival and departure system so easy it really is like going home, no hassle check-in procedure is great!

"Hockey trip" I was traveling with my son's hockey team and we rented this home and the Contemporary home. Both were great for us because they were close to each other and allowed us to eat meals together but yet have more room to sleep. The grades 9 &10 were at the Contemporary home and the grades 11 & 12 were at the Modern Luxury home. Each group thought their house was perfect. They loved the flat screen TVs for watching hockey and playing with their Xboxes. Plenty of beds for everyone to spread out including the large couches in the finished basement. Everyone had a great time and I would definitely stay again.

"Niagara River Steelhead Fishing" We decided to stay in comfortable accommodations for our annual fishing excursion to the Niagara River -- we definitely made the right choice !! Very comfortable house with amazing space for a group of seven adults . The gaz stove is a definite plus for great cooking. Upon our arrival the access system was easy and the place was super clean . The house is very well situated because it's close to dowtown , falls and golf courses . The owner, Mike Adams, was always available to answer our needs and I highly recommend his facilities.

Hi Mike. We rented a house from you next door to the Lodge on the weekend of June 18 of this year. Life has been busy for me but I thought I should give you some feedback on the accomodations as you had previously requested. 1. The location was excellent. A quiet neighborhood, great for the 5 week old baby that we were travelling with, but still just minutes away from all the attractions of Niagara Falls. 2. The condition of the home was also excellent. Very clean, well laid out, and enough room for us all to relax in at the end of a busy day. This house is very clean and comfortable. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood and not too far from all the attrations of Niagara Falls. We found it very easy to settle in and make ourselves at home. A car would be recommended to stay here to assist in getting your grocery shopping and also to take advantage of day trips to Niagara On The Lake and the surrounding wineries - and a taste of the local Ice Wine is well recommended.

Our group had an amazing time at the Contemporary. This place had everything! From the comfy couches and nice flat screen tv, to the large table with more than enough seating to the comfy beds and the clean bathrooms!! Even the yard was perfect with a bbq in the two car garage!! We will deinitely be coming back for another stay!! And would recommend this place over any hotel!!

The house was absolutely immaculate and very well maintained. The kitchen was large and clean as were the other rooms. We enjoyed the extras - high chair, toy bin and playpen. The rates were great and amenities great as well. The only downfall to the property was its surroundings. Although it was right across the street from a park and the Great Wolf Lodge, the neighborhood itself felt a little seedy.

We are Canadian working with United Nations and currently assigned in Italy. We have four kids and two of them are in boarding school in Beamsville while the other two are renting near their workplaces. Since we are outside the country most of the time, we let other family rent our house in Burlington. This arrangement is very good to us. However during holiday season, we want to be together as a family, let our friends visit us and observe Christmas and New Year like we used to. We figured we cannot do all these if we will stay in a hotel, so we decided to rent a homeaway property. That was a very good decision! The contemporary house is perfect for us. It is big enough for us, the house is warm and very comfortable. We even managed to decorate a Christmas tree (like we used to) and entertained our friends. We love being together as a family and the place gave us the chance to cook the meal we all loved and enjoy karaoke. We will never be able to enjoy this "home leave" without a lovely, clean, equipped and warm home like this property. And oh, the location is excellent - close to everything including the nearby Lococo's with fresh fruits and vegetables - i love it! I already asked my friends to stay in this property whenever they are on "home leave" or if they want to stay in Niagara Falls. Mike, thank you so much!

Weekend in Niagara

Our group of 10 stayed at the Contemporary and Modern Luxury properties this past weekend and they were exactly as the pictures. The houses were well maintained and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comforable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to prepare meals. We were close to the casinos and about 15 minutes to the outlet mall. We enjoyed the Greg Frewin Magic Show which was also close by. Mike was very accommodating and helpful and spent the time to talk to me about any questions I had - it made planning this weekend easy and stressfree. Everyone in our party had a great weekend and all agreed the accommodations were first class. We would definately come back again but I'd like to check out the Crown Jewel next time - the pictures look amazing!

Great Vacation Rental

This home has been completely renovated and lacked nothing in the way of accommodations. It was immaculate and well mainted as well as spacious and the perfect choice for our family which includes 18 month old twin granddaughters. They had room to play in the house and enjoyed the playground across the street as well as visiting the Great Wolf Lodge which is also right across the street. The house is close to all the attractions in Niagra Falls and many great restaurants. It is in a neighborhood that is being revived and only a couple of blocks from the Main Street shopping district. There is a beautiful park right down the road with scenic drives and many attractions. The owners provided great customer service. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends. It was so much better than a motel/hotel experience.

Excellent lodging for families with kids

We stayed over the July 4th holiday and it turned out to be the perfect place for our family. The house was very clean and all the amenities were as depicted on the web site. The location was perfect - less than five minutes from the falls and Clifton Hill, but after a day of sightseeing and bustle, it was nice to come home to a quiet neighborhood. If you like to jog or walk, Niagara River Road is just a couple hundred yards from the house. There is a Walmart and a major grocery store approximately 10 minutes from the house. In short, this house had everything we needed for a nice stay. Three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a washer-dryer work so much better than your typical motel room or suite. Last but not least, I saved approximately $1500 over comparable lodging at the Hilton and Marriott. Thanks Mike, for an enjoyable experience.

This was a wonderful place for a girls weekend. Booking was easy and customer service was excellent! This place was easy to get to with easy access to the bridge for cross border shopping; casino and the falls; as well as Niagara on the Lake. The place was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors we ran into were very friendly. It had a gas stove, huge fridge, microwave, BBQ, dishwasher, big screen TV, DVD player, washer and dryer. (not that we needed all of that for a weekend, but still nice.) This would be a great location for those who like to bike and I suspect I will be back soon to do just that. Cheers!

Niagara Falls May 2009

This was our second stay in one of the executive rental homes and we seem to enjoy our stays more and more every time. We were a party of four (2 adults and 2 children) and all of us enjoyed ourselves. The kids loved the house (TV, cable, DVD, etc.) and they loved the park right across the street. The house was very nice, very clean and nicely renovated with very good taste too. We have rented houses in the past but with the executive network there is never anything missing. We even had friends over, that happened to visit Niagara Falls at the same time, that kept coming back to visit because they loved the place so much to accommodate small children – which their high price hotel was not suited for. The only bad part of our stay was to leave because we never miss home in these houses!! Another thing that shows how good we were; my 3 year old keeps asking us to go back to Niagara Falls to the OTHER house – I guess he really liked it. Thank you Mike! Martine (Montreal, Qc)

Hello, This was my very first time renting a vacation home and I was not so sure of my decision. This was our 1st family vacation with my parents and they are very picky people. This was their anniversary gift as well... When we reached this wonderful house I was so content to see that it was exactly like Mike said and as soon as we opened the door I said WOW!!! Everything was new/upgraded and spotless, it smelled clean! very stylish and the exact words my husband said was "our next house can look like this!" It really was more than my expectations... The stay was very wonderful.. peaceful, roomy, cozy, welcoming, clean, perfect vacation home!! We are surely going back again... And Mike, you were very helpful and understading... so thanks a lot... and you were right .. we really enjoyed it!! We loved the home and our stay was wonderful! Hemani =)

Our Girls Getaway

We had a girls week-end getaway for all the women in the family from age 30 - 80. It was just amazing. The bedroom on the main floor was great for my Grandmother. The house was immaculate, spacious and beautiful. It exceeded all of our expectations. There were 12 of us and we were all able to eat together. It's location was perfect for us, we spent one day in Niagara on the lake and the other in Niagara Falls. Every appliance worked and it was nice to have everything that you would have at home in case we needed it. When we wanted to sit outside we had our choice of the front porch or backyard which was just great. This is the 2nd year that we have rented this place and I am looking forward to renting it year after year. I recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area, it is just perfect and much more comfortable than any hotel room!!

Fall for Niagara Falls in a Contemporary Way!

This is the first time we rented a house for a vacation. Normally we are in hotels. This is also the last time we will be in hotels for our vacations. The Contemporary house is beautiful. Mike patiently helped us through all the arrangements, and was very accommodating. He is a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to working with him again. The property was clean, wel-maintained, spacious, and amply stocked with many staples needed. There is a grocery store close by, and we enjoyed a few meals with our family sitting around the dining room table. The beds were very comfortable! Our favorite restaurant was Tony Roma's, located in the Falls area. They have the best baby-back ribs ever! We definitely recommend this property or any of Mike's other properties. Thank you Mike.

Niagara Falls Vacation

We stayed at one of the properties in Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada. It is listed as the Contemporary Vacation Home. We have a large family with 4 kids and 3 adults on the trip so we needed a large area. We found that renting a home such as this was more relaxing than a hotel where we may not be together as a family. We also enjoy the comforts of a home as we cooked on the barbeque a few nights and also enjoyed the outdoor patio. The property was as described. It is very well maintained and has plenty of room. There is a nice playground across the street for younger children. It is also just a short drive to many of the local attractions so we found that to be very convenient as well. The owner was also very helpful with any questions we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend this for a family that wants to enjoy the comforts of home and all that Niagara Falls has to offer.

We're glad we came across this rental! It was perfect for our vacation to Niagara Falls. The house was very clean and well-maintained. With the park right across the street, it was ideal for our young children to play and our pet to romp. Located just minutes from all the attractions, you can't ask for more. The beds were very comfortable and the house was roomy for our party of 6. After touring all the sights, in the evenings, we enjoyed the cozy fireplace while watching our DVD's on the large flat screen TV.
