Had a wonderful week in Emerald Isle. House was perfect for 3 families, each with one child. Kids ranged in age from 2-5. House was clean and ready to use at promised time. Owner was very helpful and involved with rental process. Beach was great and water was warmer than we expected. Pool was a must with the kids. Golf cart was fun for the kids and a huge help with shuttling to the beach. House location was very centrally located to all shops and restaurants. We would love to return to Emerald Isle and would stay at this home again.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Plenty of room to spread out! Nice decor & furnishings. Enjoyed taking the golf cart to shuttle up to the beach - pretty surrounding neighborhood....even saw some deer! Location convenient to grocery store, restaurants & other island activities. Had a great week!

This was our first trip to Emerald Isle, although we came with 2 other families that are the bes of friends & have been here before (7 adults & 7 children). Starry Nights and Emerald Isle has made this week a vacation to remember and a place that we would love to come back to. The kids were always on the go and there was always something to do that was enjoyable for them as well as the adults (brings the kid out of you). There is nothing like a week of good food, good drinks, great entertainment, and friends that you can call family. Thanks for allowing us these memories!!

We came back to Starry Nights this year and brought our family because we enjoyed it so much last summer. We traveled from PA, MD, and FL. Our visit was very enjoyable and relaxing. With 10 adults and 5 children under the age of 8, it made our week a bit challenging.

We got to spend a whole week in a love two million dollar house! We were a group of 15 relatives in three generations. This is our second visit -- maybe our last, but we enjoyed every minute. We are pampered and rested and ready for another year.

This was our family's first trip to Emerald Isle and all 8 of us enjoyed our stay here in this beautiful home. We had 7 days of sunny weather relaxing at the beach, by the pool & hot tub. Only problem we had was a scare one evening at 11pm when the alarm went off outside at the septic. Thank you for sharing your home.

Your beautiful home was a perfect fit for our family (8 adults & 3 children under age 5). Some of our favorite things were the pool, the hot tub, & the spacious kitchen. The kids especially enjoyed seeing the deer & the geese, while riding in the golf cart to & from the beach. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay in your lovely home!

14 people in our group...4 of them in were mine. we had the most fun. What a great place to visit. I love the front porch. Could sit and read there for hours. Girls love the pool and the hot tub. Great to be able to relax and bond with the family. Can't wait to come here again.

Sixteen people and seven days later we have had a fabulous time at the beach. Besides one day of rain, we have had plenty of sun & time to explore Emerald Isle and its neighboring towns. We admit to loving the golf cart, the televisions and the spacious rooms t sit and chat in. However, the time spent here together w/family was the best! We booked your beautiful home on a cold snowy January day in Pittsburgh. The thought of coming back to Emerald Isle (this time in Spring!) pulled us through the winter. Your on-line photos of the house do not disappoint. Mother nature cooperated with a sunny warm week. The Jr. girls from the Parrett Academy in Kinston, NC had a blast at this beautiful beach house. The chaperones are exhausted! Ready to go home & rest. Enjoyed your house & will remember it for a long time.

We loved "Starry Nights" and we had a great week! We had a school of 6-8" fish go by as we swam in the ocean -- but nothing larger, thank goodness!!! We are so thrilled with the ice maker -- now we all want one! We don't have any famous relatives (see previous week), but all think we're pretty special!

After vacationing for year at Wrightsville Beach, we sought out a new venue for our family vacation this year. As our cousin, Kevin Costner and his family joined us, we hoped for a more private environment. Your beautiful home was the perfect prescription as we enjoyed the srenity and anonymity of Emerald Isle. the highlight of our week was ragging Kevin on his cheesy performaces in "American Flyers" on your big screen. It was truly great action pending suds at your crib. The best always.

We drove 14 hours to get here from upstate NY. WE have 6 children ages 16-5. We have been to Emerald Isle 4 times now, and by far this house is the "best" one of all. We also shared the house with my husbands brother, his wife, 2 of their 3 children (also from upstate NY). For 2 days our neice her husband and their baby came over. They live here in NC. Please tell the pool man, we are sorry to make him work so hard. We really enjoyed your beautiful house.

Very impressed with house & Emerald Isle. Fun time for all five days, but it just so happens we wer here 7 days. Two days were spent with hurricanes Bonnie and Charlie. The TV and its high definition was super. THe beach is great. Be back next year. ps. The Macut's were also here but due to horses at home and hurricane Charlie they left after 5 days. pss. I love the ice maker!

We packed over 5 vehicles to get here! We had a great time. The house was great and the pool was even better. The fishing was very slow until the last day. a lot of sun and a little rain but a grea vacation for everyone. The golf cart helped load all 15 of us to the beach and back. Thank you!

We drove over 12 hours all the way from western PA to spend the week here at Emerald Isle with all of our extended family...it was truly woth the trip. The beach here is absolutely beautiful and this house was perfect for all of us (13 adults, 2 children). What a great neighborhood to ride around in and take nice walks the the beach. For most of us, this was our first trip at Emerald Isle, it was a great vacation because of the quiet family-oriented setting. This house has almost everything we could ever need (the only thing we noticed that we missed were potholders, but that is very minor with all the supplies here :-). Thank you!
