This is a very romantic Dream Townhouse, accommodating up to 6 people, nestled against the Etruscan walls surrounding the ancient town, dating from the second century BC, only a few steps from the central piazza. All amenities - bars, restaurants, bakery, supermarkets with fresh delicious local products, newspapers and gifts, the historic theatre, churches and museums are moments away. Free parking is only 2 minutes walking distance from the house.
From your first view of the charming frescoes in the entry hall, you will be entranced with the house, furnished in Umbrian/Tuscan style with care and attention to detail, old restored doors, mosaics in the bathroom with a spectacular view. Each object has been carefully restored by local artisans such as blacksmiths, joiners, & tile makers. The house has been restored to high standard maintaining original characteristics, vaulted arches, niches, frescos, mosaics and original stone staircase, offering the comfort of a house where one feels at home amidst the owners' large and varied art collection.
The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for you to produce anything that you fancy. Dining al fresco with friends or family on the beautiful roof terrace surrounded by a spectacular view, drinking a glass of fine local wine, eating the delicious local foods, a glowing warm sunset before you - What more could one wish for?

The Casa is on Three levels + Roof Terrace, Sleeps up to 6 People.
*Ground floor: Main entrance hall with a beautiful fresco dated 1860, double bedroom with en -suite bathroom with shower. (Laundry with washing machine and dryer in the basement) Internal stone staircase.
*First floor: Fully-equipped kitchen/dining room with table, chairs, refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher; formal dining room; Living room with sofas, table, lamps and Internet broadband fast connection, small guest washroom. Internal stone staircase.
*Second floor: 2 Double bedrooms with wardrobes and bedside tables, 1 bedroom with large double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. 2 full Bathrooms: 1 with bathtub and shower, one bathroom with bath-tub, both with spectacular yet private views. Staircase up to Roof terrace overlooking the beautiful rolling countryside and roofs of houses all around.

The present owners fell in love for my delightful medieval village and they immediately decided to buy an house here in the historic centre of Panicale. They love it because it is located in a very central location, 2 steps from the main bars, restaurants, grocery, backery but you can enjoy the beautiful roof top terrace with a spectacular view across the rolling countryside and the beautiful castles all around. You can sit and relax to see the wonderful sunsets with a local red wine and enjoy your stay! They love it! They love us and they appreciate all our traditions. If you come and visit Panicale you'll understand why they bought this splendid home!

I'm Katia and I manage this wonderful townhouse in the historic centre of my delightful medieval village Panicale, on the Lake Trasimeno. On the 2002 the present owners asked me to manage and let their lovely home. It is for me a wonderful pleasure to welcome guests from every part of the world, introduce them to my area and let them know our traditions and culture. Guests are always happy to visit Panicale and to discover the little villages all around, but also they appreciate the services of the house and its quiet location. People here are friendly and nice. All guests seem to be home!

Excellent selection travel guides, maps, travel, local information Charming village, good restaurants, all needs within walking distance from groceries to internet well situated in Umbria for visiting other towns + vilages. Katia, Thank you for a wonderful stay. The Sogno Panicalese was the ideal location for our Umbrian family holiday. The slow-paced, small town setting was just what we hoped for. We had no problems parking and we loved the apartment! Three bedrooms for our group of 6 adults, 3 1/2 bathrooms, a great kitchen and dining room, large, private bedrooms and a wonderful rooftop deck from which to enjoy the sunsets with a bottle of Umbrian wine. Lovely. We will surely recommend this place to our friends who want to come to Italy. Grazie! David & Larissa
