  • My wife and I stayed at this house a few weeks ago with another couple. It is coveniently located, well kept, and overall a great place. As the listing states, this house has everything you need - and the boathouse is a nice bonus. You're literally 10 minutes from the gulf (only because of a few slow zones) and less than 5 minutes from Kings bay. I highly recommend this rental - it was a great price for a very nice place. Completely satisfied.
