Great house, even better location!!!

Booked the house for a group of friends for the week. The house is a well decorated family home, with several bathrooms, full kitchen and entertainment system - ideal for a family or group of friends. The location is simply fantasic - main street is a block away, and the chair lift about a 5 minute walk. I didn't see any better located houses in Breck. David was very friendly, and helpful with the international transactions.

Prime location to walk anywhere in town with a million dollar view of the mountain

Recently my wife and some of our friends spent a much needed get away in Breckenridge and this place was outstanding. David made it easy to set up and he was very pleasant to work with. The house has been updated with granite countertops, wood floors, and 4 pristine bathrooms... It was kind of fun checking out the unique sinks in each bathroom...you can sit on the couch, by the fire, and see the mountain out of the front bay window. We really enjoyed walking out the front door and walking less than a minute to great pubs, French restaurants, and plenty of shopping... This location is prime and the house is very nice. I would definitely deal with David again and I would bring back family or friends anytime...we are convinced that staying in a hotel doesn't even come close to an experience like this. We even had a crew come and shovel the snow from the front deck and sidewalks... Thanks for making our much needed vacation an excellent experience!!!

Awesome House for Ski Vacation!

I recently rented this property for one month with a large group of friends and it was PERFECT! We are all skiers and travel with a LOT of luggage and equipment, and surprisingly had plenty of storage space for all of our stuff! There is a one car garage attached to the house that came in handy for storing our equipment and sufficient closet space for our luggage. Not only is the house well decorated, spacious, and clean - it is fully stocked for a long vacation! The kitchen contains all appliances and cooking utensils needed and each bedroom/bathroom is fully stocked with towels, linens, and comforters. The dining area and living room are both large enough to comfortably seat anywhere from 6-10 people. There is also a large patio, with a grill and seating area, attached to the house! The view is amazing and it is perfect on a nice sunny day for barbequing or tanning. It is conveniently located one block off of Main St. with easy access to all of the shops and restaurants that Breckenridge has to offer. Although it is not a “Ski-In/Ski-Out” Property, it is only a 5 minute walk to the closest chair lift.

This place was so great!! We loved the decor, modern appliances and sink fixtures, the layout of rooms, the views, all the bathrooms, the close proximity to Main St...it was fantastic! All the extra blankets and pillows came in handy, the grill and patio was SO nice, the bedrooms were great...everything was fantastic!! No complaints whatsoever. I hope to stay here again for future ski weekends and celebrations!

We had the most amazing time! The weather was wonderful and the house was incredible!!! I couldn't believe how accessible everything was to the home and my husband and I found some great hiking trails right behind the house....we absolutely loved it!!

A beautiful home with a great location, just one block off of main street and an easy walk to the Maggie base area. The home was in great condition and well prepared upon our arrival. Plenty of parking for two vehicles and having access to the garage was an added bonus for storing skis, boots, etc. The owner was a real pleasure to work with and very helpful. We only had four people during our stay, but the house would be comfortable with twice that number if not more. We thourghly enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend it.

This was a wonderful place. The best part was the location -- one block off of main street and close to all the restaurants, shops, and bars. The place itself was very comfortable -- great deck, nice fireplace, big open kitchen, laundry facilities, and 3 bedrooms each with its own bath upstairs (including an amazing master with views of the slopes). The owner was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo Rental

The location was fantastic but a little loud once the bars let out. However it is so close to everything. You don't need to drive and deal with parking your entire stay. The bathrooms in this condo are the nicest I've ever seen. The place is very clean and cozy. Well stocked kitchen.

Very nice and spacious home.The location was great, just a few steps to Main street.Everything was just as described in the VRBO listing.The owner was a pleasure to deal with. The home helped make our stay fantastic.The only bad thing: we had to leave the beautiful cool weather behind.
