Our 2BR/2BA Fox Bay condo provides exceptional accommodations, great value and 5 minute access to skiing at Deer Valley’s exceptional slopes . The condo is ideally setup for two couples or a family with 2/3 children. We use our condo primarily as our second home; therefore, we offer may upgrades you will not find in typical “rental” properties. From our location, you will enjoy great views of Deer Valley Mountain and the Jordanelle reservoir.

Discover the Fox Bay "secret" of great access in our condo’s extra comfy and cozy, home like surroundings. We offer many “B&B” like amenities such as upgraded linens, extra fluffy towels, a well equipped kitchen and many other upgrades. Our East facing view brings in warming morning sunshine to the patio, kitchen and living. You will immediately appreciate the cleanliness of the condo which we try to maintain in perfect condition for our guests.
The condo features a service island, breakfast/dining area, balcony, gas BBQ, and cozy living room with fireplace. We have an upgraded entertainment system with a 37” LCD flat screen TV and Sony home theater system with DVD player. We provide a video library, many books, games, puzzles, etc., and local tourist information for your convenience. The Master bedroom features a queen bed with upgraded mattress, walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The second bedroom sleeps three in a new Twin/Full bunk bed. In the unit there is a laundry room with washer and dryer. We stock our condo with detergent, softener, soap and paper goods so you can settle in and relax upon arrival. There is a fully equipped workout facility and heated outdoor hot tub located at the nearby Fox Bay Community Center.
The Fox Bay condo complex is well maintained. The property includes security doors and convenient underground parking. Our condo is located on the first level for easy walk-up when unloading and unpacking. Our condo is professionally maintained for your enjoyment. You can call of immediate help if you should ever have a problem or emergency during your stay.
Our location provides the unique convenience of nearby ski lift access without the congestion or hassle of driving into the resort. The condo is located off The Mayflower Exit, U.S. 40, Exit 8. You will appreciate easy parking at Deer Valley's new Deer Crest gondola just 1.5 miles (5 minutes) across the highway. We are just a short 45 minute drive from SLC Airport so you can be skiing on the day of your arrival. The Park City and Canyons resorts are only a 15 minute drive away.
In 2011, Deer Valley was voted "The BEST ski area in North America" for the 5th year in a row by the readers of SKI Magazine. The resort topped five categories including Guest Services, Slope Grooming, On-mountain Food and Dining. Last year Deer Valley and the Park City area ski resorts enjoyed excellent ski conditions from December through April. Deer Valley is a “skiing only” mountain. Park City and The Canyons resorts, located approximately 15 minutes away, are terrific nearby options for families and groups with mixed, skiing and riding, interests.

This was our sixth summer at Park City and our condo was the best equipped of all those years. Everything was very clean, new, and comfortable. We would stay here again.

We just got back from an amazing ski vacation at your Deer Valley Condo, and we are already wishing we could go back. We are avid skiers and found your place to be in a great location. Less than 1 mile to the Deer Valley gondola and so close to Park City and the Canyons. The condo came stocked with everything you could ever need, from movies, to games, even laundry detergent. After a long day of skiing we would either jump in the hot tub or sit by the fire! I have been renting New Year’s condos for the past 11 years and it’s rare to find renters like Bruce & Gail that care so much. Even up to the day before they were giving us info, weather reports and more! I look forward to coming back again!

I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the park city area.I have spent the last five summers in this area. golfing ,boating,fishing.This condo is a great place to come home to. Mike

We came out the end of February for a ski vacation. We felt right at home in the condo. Very comfortable and clean. Large enough for everyone to have their own space, yet cozy. Games, books, DVD's and magazines were all provided for our enjoyment. Nice touch!! Very easy and short drive (few mintues) to access the Jordache Gondola to get to Deer Valley. Never had issues with parking, no matter what time we went. We drove into Park City to ski also. That was not a bad drive either. This condo is very conveniently located for Deer Valley and short drive to Park City. Bruce was great about answering any questions we had before renting. We only had to call the Managing company once while we were there and they were very pleasant. We would definately stay here again. Thanks Bruce and Gail. We had a great family vacation! Nick & Lori
