2700 square foot home with open floor plan; vaulted ceilings, and lots of windows to open view to garden and oak-studded hills. Very large flagstone patio with dining for 12, hot tub, small pond and gazebo which provides a beautiful garden setting for entertaining and relaxation.
This house is conveniently located near downtown Napa (including Oxbow Market and numerous restaurants and winery tasting rooms) in the exclusive Montecito Heights neighborhood. Although close to downtown you will be just minutes to vineyards and wineries.
This vacation rental is one of a limited number of legal short-term vacation rental properties in Napa County. There are no legal vacation rental homes for stays less than 30 days outside of the City of Napa, including Yountville, St. Helena and Calistoga, and the unincorporated area of the County except those connected to a resort such as Silverado. Even in the City of Napa a vacation rental must have both vacation rental and business licenses from the City and pay transit occupancy taxes. The City Council wants to stop illegal rentals so please be sure to rent a property that is properly licensed.

$575/night plus a single $200 cleaning fee per
stay. Security deposit required. Three Night Minimum (2 night
stays may be available at higher rate). 12% tax
imposed by City of Napa is also collected from tenant. Discounts
available for stays longer than three days.

I originall redesigned this home for raising my children and relaxing with friends. I've since remarried and moved elsewhere in the Napa Valley, but I'm pleased to offer this as a great vacation rental for families, or other groups looking for a modestly priced, high quality home. Here's a note I recently received from one of my renters: "Chuck.
