Our Little Lagoon condo is quiet and peaceful, with everything you need for a restful getaway - at great rates!
Relax on the huge deck, enjoy the private pier in the Lagoon, take advantage of the wireless internet and the new flat-screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped and the washer and dryer provide convenience. The small (only 8 units) complex is welcoming, with friendly folks.
You'll find everything you need for a restful, pleasant escape. Once you visit, you'll want to come back year after year. Come on down, y'all!

Why the Owner Chose Sunset
We love the quiet location, beautiful Lagoon and friendly, helpful full-time residents in our little complex. The condo is close to everything, yet removed from the congestion of areas farther east of us.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The private pier out into Little Lagoon is a lovely place to sit and watch the sunset. Public beach access is right at the end of the street (2 minutes' walk.)

My kids (14,13 and 10) and I just got back from a wonderful 5 days trip at the condo. It was the perfect location for us with an easy walk to the beach, clean pool and lagoon with the pier all so close while being on the quiet West Beach.The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals or just relax. I lreally loved the deck for watching the kids at the pool or enjoying a meal at the patio set. I watched a couple of really cool storms roll in on the bedroom deck. (Fortunately the storms were at night or early morning so our beach time was not missed!) The other residents and guests were very friendly. We spent plenty of time at the beach and the pool but really enjoyed the Gulf Shores Zoo and the Naval Museum in Pensecola. Marie was very helpful when we were reserving the condo and everything went smoothly thoughout the entire process. I would definately recommend the property and it would be my first choice if we return to the area. Thanks so much for sharing your beach home!
Owner response:We love when our guests discover all the area has to offer; the Pensacola Naval Aviation Museum is a real gem, and the Zoo is great fun. We think that most folks appreciate the quiet of West Beach... Close to everything, but without the constant hustle and bustle. We are blessed with great guests!

Just returned from 4 relaxing nights. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is nice, very clean and equipped with anything you need! It's a really short walk to the beach. We went several times a day. The pool was nice and clean. We hope to return very soon. Thanks for letting us enjoy your condo.

We just got back from our stay at your condo and we had a great time. I thought the condo was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. We were only a very short walk to the beach. I was pleasantly surprised by how close it was. The water and beaches were beautiful. Thank you!!

Just wanted to thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful duplex. The place was perfect. We had a wonderful view of the Lagoon w/ a nice pier where the kids got to fish and even got to see a sting ray. The pool area was nice and private. We had the pool to ourselves most days. The beach was only a short walk away and was beautiful and white as always w/ no tar balls or oil smells. The condo had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.
