Beautiful Little Lagoon and the sugar-white sands of West Beach are both close to this 2 BR, 2.5 BA duplex condo in a quiet location.
THE BEACH IS A VERY SHORT WALK AWAY WITH EASY PUBLIC ACCESS. Entertain on the huge deck, relax on the private balcony off the master bedroom, or on the private pier in the Lagoon, take advantage of the wireless internet, and enjoy the new flat-screen HDTVs. The kitchen is fully equipped and the washer and dryer provide convenience.
Non-smoking; no pets (we love them, but...) Minimum age for renters is 25 (children with parents are, of course, welcome!) One-month minimum Jan-Apr.; one month maximum rest of year.
This is a great base for exploring the Gulf Coast, enjoying the world's best seafood, and taking advantage of upscale shopping and world-class entertainment.

We love the quiet location, beautiful Lagoon and friendly, helpful full-time residents in our little complex. The condo is close to everything, yet removed from the congestion of areas farther east of us.
The Unique Benefits of this Duplex Condo
The private pier out into Little Lagoon is a lovely place to sit and watch the sunset. Public beach access is right at the end of the street (2 minutes' walk.)
