Beautiful Ocean Beach home, just steps to the boardwalk and Beach. 3rd house from the Ocean in a wonderful residential neighborhood of Seaside Park, NJ. Family area, with well guarded, clean and pristine beaches. 8 beach badges are included, and the house is large enough for two families to share together.
The house has four levels, which include 3 living areas. The Main floor has front and back enclosed porches. A large living room, den and dining room area. The Kitchen was renovated last year and has new appliances. The Second living level has 4 bedrooms, the Master has a queen bed, a small bedroom off the Master with a twin. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed set. There is a master bathroom on this floor. The third level is an open cape, with a full bathroom, a queen bed on one side and two twin beds on the other. There is also a roll away up here which can be moved to any room. The basement has plenty of storage for bikes, surf boards, and beach chairs. There is a bathroom in the basement which is perfect for returns from the beach for "potty" breaks. There is also a laundry room, with a washer and dryer.
Out side is a shower and changing room. There is off street parking for 5 plus cars in the back, as well as street parking. This house is a million dollar plus house in a residential neighborhood of million dollar homes. Because this is a family/residential neighborhood, no prom groups, college groups or groups under 30 are allowed. Summer 2008 is renting quickly. Weekends are available throughout the off season as well as significantly discounted rental rates. This is a wonderful area for your vacation, with 5 star restaurants and excellent shops. A mile north is the famous Seaside Heights Boardwalk with shops, amusements, and rides.

Location, Location, Location. The Beach house is the 3rd from the Ocean, in the most desireable section of Seaside Park, NJ. Wide beaches, family neighborhood, Charlies Ice Cream on 1/2 block away on Central Blvd. Wonderful family location, just 100 feet from the Boardwalk, and beach access.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Great location to kick back and enjoy the beautiful Jersey Shore all year round. June, July and August are prime summer weeks, but September and October are magical! Warm days, cool nights, great surf and waves. Fisherman enjoy November and December! Even in the Winter, this area is beautiful and serene.
