Newly remodeled Quintas Del Mar condominium complex is located on Cerritos Beach, one of the cleanest, quietest and desirable beaches in the area. This is a 6 mile crescent beach, with several great restaurants within walking distance. This has been a notable surfing area for decades with areas like Cerritos Point or “La Playa Bruja” at the northern tip of the beach. All of this peace is within 10 easy minutes north of Mazatlan's "golden Zone", via a bus, taxi, or Pomonaria.
Horse Back Riding, Hiking, Biking, Scuba-Diving, Jet-Skis, Para-Sailing and other water sports are some of the fun activities that you can enjoy while on your vacation. Tour the Aquarium with over 250 species of marine life. Or just lounge by the large pool with a shallow end for the youngest guests.

Our fully furnished unit includes a king-size bed in the master suite, and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. The master suite has a full bath, with step-in tub. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would possibly need to blend up a frosty drink or to make a gourmet dinner to enjoy on the deck watching the sunset, marble floors, the building has a full water purification system to ensure safe drinking water and full sized laundry room, with stack washer and dryer.
The views from this 7th floor unit are sweeping. You look to Cerritos Point and Emerald Bay beyond to the north. To the south you can see Mazatlan to the lighthouse. Sunrise and sunset the breeze is most welcome and pleasant. You can take advantage of the views throughout most of the condo, so enjoy.
There are large pools perfect for relaxing with rock formations and a bridge, Tennis courts, nearby golf, Hiking, Deep sea fishing, Surfing, Boating, Historic Area, Scuba diving and fantastic local shopping.
