There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would possibly need to blend up a frosty drink or to make a gourmet dinner to enjoy on the deck watching the sunset, marble floors, the building has a full water purification system to ensure safe drinking water and full sized laundry room, with stack washer and dryer.
The views from this 7th floor unit are sweeping. You look to Cerritos Point and Emerald Bay beyond to the north. To the south you can see Mazatlan to the lighthouse. Sunrise and sunset the breeze is most welcome and pleasant. You can take advantage of the views throughout most of the condo, so enjoy.
