We stayed here Labor Day weekend 2011 and it was amazing! So peaceful and relaxing. It is very close to the beach and the area isn't packed with people. Such a family friendly area! There was more than enough room for our family of 9. The kids played in the pool, and played baseball in the driveway. The beach is only a short walk away. I will definetly be staying here again in the future!

Thank you Chris for renting us your condo! We had a great vacation! The condo was very spacious and clean! Very comfortable! It was nice to have a well stocked kitchen as well! I was worried about forgetting my corkscrew, but you had 2 or 3! My 2 teens had plenty of space too. Close to the beach! We also liked that it was close to Destin and all the restaurants and shops, but also far enough not to have to deal with the traffic so much! Also close enough to Panama City Beach.

The Emma Louise was even better than expected. It was spacious, super clean, and so comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. The "neighborhood" was quiet and so relaxing. The pool was so nice. This was our first visit to the Florida panhandle but definitely will not be our last! Highly recommend this rental and owner.

We stayed at the Emma Louise and were so pleased with the cleanliness and comfort. Home is exactly as shown in pictures and has everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing vacation. It is located on a nice cul-de-sac so limited traffic and crowds. Pool is great and beach in within walking distance. Dune Allen Beach is an amazing area to travel and you are withing minutes of Destin, FL for shopping, food and activities. We will positively make plans for a return visit.

My family recently rented this condo over Memorial Day Weekend and had a wonderful stay! An easy walk to the beach and Oyster Lake. The pool was just outside the condo! The condo was very spacious and had wonderful accomodations for 8 people. A quick drive to the outlets and shopping in Destin. The owner was very accomodating and very helpful with anything we needed! I would definately recommend this rental to anyone coming to see the beautiful beaches of South Walton County or Destin!!

We just returned from our stay at this incredibly peaceful home and cannot wait to go back again! We all relaxed and slept so well! The pool was so fun for us and we loved that we were so close to the most beautiful white sand beach. We have 2 small children and also brought our little doggie and there was plenty of room. We didn't even use one of the bedrooms/bathrooms. This place is huge! The porches were the perfect spot for relaxing with a book and the breezes were wonderful. We cooked several meals there and and found everything we needed. We were super close to all the things we wanted to do: shopping, outlet mall, beach, dining out (some really great restaurants in the area), but each night we looked forward to the rest we would have when we returned to what my 5 year old is now calling our Summer home! We'll be back soon.

My family stayed at this lovely home in Dune Allen Beach for our yearly vacation. I can't say enough good things about this home. It was cozy and very comfortable. The kitchen was my favorite, as I felt like I was at home and had all of the amenities one would need to have a gourmet meal. The room sizes are large and you do not feel cramped. The house gives you ample room to spread out and enjoy your vacation with your family. The master bedroom has a beautiful porch to sit and enjoy the nice breeze coming through in the evenings. I love that the home is pet friendly! I just love being able to bring my minature black poodle, chloe.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Emma Louise during spring break. We brought our small dog and the unit was just perfect for our needs! The main level living space was a nice size, easily accomodating our family of four. We could have brought friends and filled the place up a bit more. All the furniture was in very good shape and comfortable. The main level and top level porches were perfect for morning coffee and reading a book. Although we did not cook meals in the unit, the kitchen was clean and neat. The neighborhood is small with only one culde sac, I believe. Very safe. Would be a great place to have a bike for riding in general, or riding to the beach. Stroll to the ocean was about a 5 min walk, with public beach access at the intersection. We chose to drive to the public beach access and never had difficulty with parking. The owner was helpful and curtious. We look forward to our next visit to the Emma Louise!
