Two bedrooms and two full baths, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area and wet bar. Large, 250 square foot balcony, over looking the beach and ocean. This condo is located on the non-driving south end of New Smyrna Beach and is a non-smoking unit. No pets are allowed. The unit is newly decorated, updated, and very comfortable! It's fourth floor access is convenient with two elevators and covered parking is available. There is gate access to complex and on site security system. This unit has brand new home theater system in the living room that includes 42" flat screen HDTV and DVD surround sound. Wireless internet available. There are also flat panel TV's in both bedrooms. Linens, beach towels, and beach chairs are all included!!! Washer and dryer inside unit. Gated complex with 2 pools. One is heated. Tennis and shuffle board courts on site. This condo comfortably sleeps 6 people. King size bed in master and two twin beds in second bedroom.
