Fully furnished with great attention to detail and flow, the Beach House offers a home away from home for the most discriminating traveler. Contemporary and completely and newly refurbished from top to bottom this spacious home with open floor plan provides for the refined and sophisticated tastes of our guests.
The Beach House, situated on well over an acre that backs to Pt. Judith Country Club, is secluded in ultimate privacy at the end of a cul-de-sac. Ocean front Black Point Nature Preserve and Scarborough Beach are just a few minutes walk away.
As you enter the front door, you will immediately notice the all new designer furniture and commissioned art chosen specifically for The Beach House. Brand new appliances and spa bedding complete the picture for a tranquil and ultimately comfortable stay.
On the main floor, you will find the open living area that pours outside to an inviting wrap around deck for ultimate outdoor living and entertaining. Adjoining the living area are the kitchen and dining areas, all impeccably equipped including a custom oak table to accommodate eight comfortably. Relax in the evening on the deck and take in the amazing foliage and the sound of the ocean waves. The Master Bedroom enjoys stunning views of the back open space and the adjacent guest room will provide those unable to escape the office with a picturesque spot to access high speed internet. Also on this floor is the main bathroom.
Downstairs, you will find a comfortable family room to enjoy a large, High Definition flat screen TV equipped with cable, DVD and surround sound. The room opens through a large sliding glass door to the back yard where you will have 50,000 square feet of park-like setting to roam. Two additional guestrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds, twin over double), a large guest bathroom and the laundry room are also located downstairs.
Fabulous restaurants, Town Beach, the new Belmont Gourmet Market, Galilee Fishing Village and the Block Island Ferry are just a few minutes drive.
