If you crave privacy with lots of amenities, you'll enjoy this cozy home. It is ideal for a couple or small family and offers the freedom for adults to play and/or watch their children play. The lot is huge -- a great place for a a friendly game of football or soccer, or for gathering around the firepit for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs.

There is a children's "jungle gym" on the property, as well as benches for enjoying abundant nature. Great for birdwatching and observing squirrels and rabbits.

The house, built in the '30s, has been renovated and offers all the comforts of home, with two TVs (both with cable and DVD players, CD player/stereo, plenty of seating, and a splendid covered porch for chatting after a day touring San Antonio (or for sitting all day and watching the rain!).

We provide many extras for adults and kids, from coffee to popcorn.

  • This is a really nice little house it had all the comforts of home. We stayed in this home 2 different times and it was always peaceful and quiet and I really felt at home immediately. Everythng you would need was right at your fingertips just like at home and it was close to everything. I would highly recommend this home or any other home these sweet great people have for rent they were just awesome to deal with and so very friendly. Thank you again.

  • Paula, Thanks for a great couple of days in your cottage. We had 3 adults and 5 small children and we fit perfectly. The playground was great and we loved the patio. Thank you for all the directions and instructions - they came in very handy and we will definitely stay here again when coming to SA.
