  • We just rented this home for a month and found it located in a quiet and safe neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac. The property appears to be one of the larger lots in the area so there was a spacious backyard with pool, patio and lawn which was nice for entertaining guests. The fenced yard is also good for children. The home is also conveniently located close to shopping: Costco, Walmart, Target,and several grocery stores. It is only a half mile from Hwy 111. The La Quinta High school is located two blocks away and we were able to use their track and ball fields for exercise. The back of the house faces west so you get sunshine from early morning until late afternoon when the sun goes behind the mountains. There are also several large palm trees for shade if you prefer. The house is all one level, kitchen is well equipped with two electric ovens, gas cook top,and an extra refrigerator in garage. Our family and guests were very pleased with this rental.
