THERE IS NOTHING LIKE A SANDESTIN VACATION! This PET FRIENDLY 2BR/2BA condo is in Beachside I building sitting on the beach and the Gulf coast. The 5th floor location gives you a full frontal view of the Gulf of Mexico and the wonderful white sand beach from the balcony, the living area (also with HDTV and WiFi), and master bedroom. The master has a king bed with a private bath. The full "wall of windows" has the fabulous view of the dunes and Gulf coast. The guest bedroom has 2 twins and private bath. Both bathrooms are travertine tile throughout.
This condo has a fabulous kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances,and breakfast bar. The owner put a lot of attention in the detail, with recessed lighting, tray ceiling detail, crown molding, and travertine tile throughout the condo and bedrooms/baths. It has a plasma flat screen HDTV in the living area plus TV's in both bedrooms.
The resort is 2400 acres and boasts 72 holes of golf, as well as a full service teaching facility, 14 tennis courts, a full service spa and fitness center, a 98 slip marina with available jet ski and kayak rentals, and kid friendly activities including Kid Zone and Children’s Evening Out, there is certainly something for everyone! And if that isn’t enough, we unashamedly boast the world’s most beautiful beaches.
THE VILLAGE OF BAYTOWNE WHARF boasts 20 different restaurants from casual to fine dining, 24 unique shops to explore and spend the day finding unexpected keepsakes, along with entertainment. You can also visit the Market Shoppes for additional dining and shopping. You are simply a car ride away --

Our stay at this condo was very enjoyable. The room looks exactly like the pictures. It was also nice of the owners to include beach chairs and umbrellas in the room for our use. We rented some and I reget it because we wanted to use them more in the afternoons and the rented chairs are taken down at 5:00 on the nose. The condo was also easily accessable to the beach. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the fact that when I contacted Wendy and told her that the ice maker was not working she said she would have someone repair it, but she never did. We had to either buy our own ice or try to get it from the ice machine downstairs, which was quite annoying.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family has been vacationing in Sandestin for 28 years, and this is one of the nicest condos that we've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Some places we've rented have felt a bit dated. This one was first class! Evidently it has been renovated at some point with top-of-the-line granite and tile. It was decorated beautifully, and had all the necessities available for us to be very comfortable. It has a great SW view of the ocean perfect for sunsets. We will definitely make it a point to come back to this one. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, and made it very easy for us. You won't be disappointed!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a fantastic time! The condo was even better than depicted in the images, the weather was perfect and the town of Destin is wonderful. We will probably make this an annual trip! Thank you for making everything so easy. Our trip could not have been better.

The condo was wonderful...absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay so much. We hope to stay in that same condo again next time we plan to go to the beach. The man who takes care of things around there could not have been nicer.He was the most helpful that we've ever seen. The ammenities of the resort were fabulous! The beach was outstanding! The view....breathtaking!!! We loved EVERYTHING! Thank you for everything and especially for the great communication that we've had concerning our questions.

We certainly enjoyed every minute of our stay..and wish we could of stayed longer. The View, condo, appliances, beds are "ALL WONDERFUL!!" The owner did a fantastic job of decorating the unit.
