Magnificent, cathedral ceilings, stained glass, stunning hardwood floors, and bountiful windows throughout create and illuminate a dreamy environment. This clean and lovely 1400 square foot home includes; two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a stone wood-burning fireplace, and a dining/game room connected to a fully equipped kitchen. This home can be separated into two private living quarters! Also includes front porch, a large covered patio in backyard, a barbecue, central air conditioning and heat, satellite TV, and a laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer.

Back patio steps lead directly to Deer Creek with a stream, waterfall, and forest in your own backyard! The recreation hall of California Hot Springs Resort is only a few steps away from the property; includes an Olympic pool, two jacuzzis, a small store, market, deli, ice-cream parlor, and meal accommodations. Also, don't forget that the Trail of 100 Giants (cedars and sequoias over 2000 years old!) and Kern River is less than an hour away! There is also a Casino approx 1 hour away.

  • Two queen beds with down comforters; hardwood floors; bathtub faucet pipes in 125 degree natural hot springs. water; shower runs both hot and cold water.
• Suitability
  • No Pets Allowed: We are very allergic to pets.
  • Senior Adults Only Community: There is a Senior Center about 3 miles away from our home.
  • Kid Friendly: Young Children will have to be watched closly outside because of the landscape in the back yard. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury. Parents will have to move the items in the house that could harm children during their visit.

  • Smoking Not Allowed: There are lots of covered places outside for smokers.

  • Our backyard is a great place for bird watching. We have 3 bird feeders and a variety of species. Hot Springs Resort, a few minutes walk has a Natural Hot Springs Olympic sized pool, and two Jacuzzi's. Stream in the backyard with 2 waterfalls with a wading pool and plenty of stream to walk and explore.

  • What a wonderful weekend we had at your "Get-Away" by Deer Creek! That beautiful blue hot springs water worked miracles on our bones. A truly peaceful place...   • Thank you so much for the restful vacation we needed, No stress here!! Your home is amazing, neat, clean and comfortable...we felt so at home. It was a joy to sit on the back deck overlooking the stream and watch nature fly by as we lit the barbecue and had a glass of wine! The natural hot springs water at the resort was the therapy we needed. We had fun reading all the other comments in the guest book that you had at your home. Thanks again, as always...you two are great hosts!

  • What a fun and relaxing President's Day weekend we had in California Hot Springs. The house was clean and nicely furnished with plenty of room and a beautiful creek running through the yard. The hot springs resort was walking distance and not crowded. The water was fabulous. We also got to hike to see giant sequoias and play in the snow. We had it all!

  • What a beautiful & clean home, tucked away in Paradise. Healthy and great tasting water from the clean and clear Hot Springs, the sounds and sites of the colorful birds and calm streams you hear from the overlooking patio and deck and patio. We had a great family vacation that we will always remember. We had a hard time leaving all this majestic beauty.
