In the month of December, Newport is not to be missed. The Balboa Island walk is lined with elaborately decorated homes and The Newport Harbor Boat Parade is the largest in the country.
Located on the Balboa Peninsula this newly remodeled Beach Retreat is only 1 block from the sand. With hardwood floors and comfortable furniture you will feel right at home. Plus, there's a large private rooftop patio perfect for reading a book or sunbathing during the day and congregating for dinner in the evening.
This home is beautifully decorated with vibrant colors and artwork. You will enjoy plenty of sunlight and ocean breezes in this second story 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom Retreat. Two bedrooms have double beds for 4 adults and 4 children can enjoy the double set of bunk beds in the "kid" room. So, there is sleeping for 8 in beds and additional space for 1 more on the large comfy sectional sofa.
One block away you'll find the famed Balboa boardwalk and sand. Then you're only a short walk to Lido Island and the bustling Newport Pier chalked full of restaurants and shops. Ride bikes, rent boats, surf, fish, swim, go whale watching, take the ferry, spend the day at Catalina Island. Any outdoor activity you can think of is available here and can be enjoyed year round in the gorgeous sunny and 70 degree California weather. |
