Playa Royale is a gated community located on the oceanfront in Nuevo Vallarta (five miles from the Puerto Vallarta airport). The unit is a two bedroom condo that sleeps 6. The unit has two full baths with large marble showers. The kitchen has complete amenities for preparing meals with a raised granite snack bar.
Playa Royale is part of the Paradise Village resort allowing access to an assortment of restaurants, shops & activities. Enjoy everything from deep sea fishing to jet skis and para- sailing. Our favorite tour is a party boat trip to Las Caletas called Rhythms of the Night.
Spend your time away treating yourself to life in an ocean-view condo. Relax under a palapa near the pool or on the beach. Sit on the balcony & watch the waves and listen to the soothing sound of the surf. Treat yourself to pampering at one of the spas. Take a fitness class, play tennis or racquetball. Keep up with your workout routine in the state of the art gym.
Enjoy the nightlife at the Paradise Village Hotel. Enjoy the welcome party with free margaritas and snacks. Don't miss the fun at the Mexican Fiesta (the party gets wild at the Tulum Restaurant and the Xcaret Night Club). Other events include: Barbecue Night, Italian Night, Western Charro Night and Shrimp Fest. For excitement away from the property, Puerto Vallarta is a 20 minute taxi ride or a 40 minute bus ride among friendly and helpful locals.
A casino and a sports bar are nearby. The Paradise Mall is just a short walk from Playa Royale. The mall tenants include shops, a bank, restaurants (including McDonald's and Dominos Pizza) and a grocery store.

Why the Owner Chose Playa Royale
Caryn and I looked for a retirement property in several places including Florida, Arizona and Costa Rica. For one reason or another, none of those places felt like home. But from the moment we arrived at Playa Royale, we knew we had found a place we could call home. Nuevo Vallarta is the perfect warm weather get-away.
The local residents are friendly, restaurants are plentiful and the setting is tropical.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Playa Royale has all the amenities of a resort without the commotion. The condo is just steps from the beach. The golf course accommodates all skill levels. A casino is within walking distance. A modern work-out facility and spa is nearby. A mall and grocery store are within walking distance. The Paradise Village Hotel's facilities are open to guests at Playa Royale.
Sitting on the balcony and watching the sun set over the ocean is a sight that never gets old.
If you are looking for a romantic evening, don't miss Rhythms of the Night. A party boat motors across the bay and passengers embark at Las Calletas for a show and a candle lit meal on the side of a mountain overlooking the bay.
