Villa Canadiana is a beachfront 4 bedroom house right on the white sandy beach in the town of Chelem.
This is a town of 6,000 people 5 minutes west of porttown Progresso where you have big stores and restaurants. Merida is the capital city of Yucatan and is only 25 minutes away. It has all the major stores like Walmart, Home Depot, MacDonalds, Costco etc. There is a large covered terrace to have a party, watch the waves, cruise ships, dolphins and fishermen. Hot water, nice furniture and kitchen appliances. Recently renovated and so everything is new.
Beautiful sandy beach, clear water to swim. Great boating, fishing, beach games and nearby golf course. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Totally fenced in and private beach. Large yard with coconut trees. Lady caretaker lives nearby and speaks English.
Go visit nearby Cenotes(underground caves with crystal clear water), Mayan ruins at Chizen Itza and Chixulub (site of the giant meteor which ended the dinausor dynasty). Visit Merida with historical buildings and Saturday night open air dancing and partying.
