Our newly renovated condo (2008) features all new furniture, kitchen, bath, carpet, distessed maple flooring, and a high end memory foam king mattress. It is one of the most affordable places within walking distance to the ski area. You will love our extra large one bedroom condo and our spacious two-sink bathroom. Our quiet unit is on the end of the complex. You will not hear foot/ski boot traffic or late-night revelers walking by your bedroom. We are nestled right on the Frasier River with beautiful creek and slope-side views. Unlike the interior units, our end unit has lots more square footage and 4 large new windows for enjoying the spectacular mountain and creek views. The free shuttle stops right outside the condo. Two ski rental/repair shops are conveniently located steps from the front entry. Bike or walk along the scenic Frasier Trail all the way to the towns of Winter Park & Frasier.
Our well-equipped condo has a gorgeous moss rock fireplace, large king bedroom and a queen aerobed for additional guests. We have free Wi-Fi internet service, cable TV with VCR & DVD player, and a stereo system with iPod connectivity. There are large capacity washer/dryers on the premises for your convenience. There is also a newly remodeled hot tub/sauna area on the premises which overlooks the Frasier River.
