Once you are here, there is absolutely no driving to enjoy world class skiing and snowboarding. Walk three blocks to the QuickSilver Super chair Lift in the main center village of Peak 9.
Or just take the summit stage free bus from the stop at the front of the building to the NEW GONDOLA to Peak 8, the fastest way to the slopes on Peak 8.
Park in the underground heated garage and walk to the best places to eat, and shop right downtown.
Restaurants, recreation center, grocery store, post office, are all within walking distance! The complex has a large hot tub jacuzzi, a common built-in natural gas BBQ grill, laundry, and a huge atrium for visitors.

Why the Owner Chose Atrium
We love being in town with access to all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also we like this side of main street as its a bit quieter with access to Carter Park. You're in town but you dont feel like you are packed into a resort.

Karina and I live in Denver and spend a great deal of time during the summer up at the condo. We generally rent it out as much as we can during the ski months so that others can enjoy it.
