Quaint, centrally located Breckenridge in town condominium. This two bedroom unit is ground floor, with a walk out back porch and a separate front entrance. Surrounded by pine trees, with a park 100 Feet from the complex, this is 1 1/2 block walk to Main St.

Once you are here, there is absolutely no driving to enjoy world class skiing and snowboarding. Walk three blocks to the QuickSilver Super chair Lift in the main center village of Peak 9.
Or just take the summit stage free bus from the stop at the front of the building to the NEW GONDOLA to Peak 8, the fastest way to the slopes on Peak 8.

Park in the underground heated garage and walk to the best places to eat, and shop right downtown.

Restaurants, recreation center, grocery store, post office, are all within walking distance! The complex has a large hot tub jacuzzi, a common built-in natural gas BBQ grill, laundry, and a huge atrium for visitors.

Why the Owner Chose Atrium

We love being in town with access to all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also we like this side of main street as its a bit quieter with access to Carter Park. You're in town but you dont feel like you are packed into a resort.

Karina and I live in Denver and spend a great deal of time during the summer up at the condo. We generally rent it out as much as we can during the ski months so that others can enjoy it.

A great time in Breckenridge!

This condominium is a very good deal. It is centrally and conveniently located, with FREE transportation right out the front door. The free shuttles will take you anywhere AND connect to other free shuttles that can take you anywhere in the area. You can walk to shops and restaurants galore if you don't want to wait for the free shuttle that comes by every 20 minutes. There is a county park right behind the building and it has a wonderful hill that is used for free tubing or tobogan sliding in the winter. The condo comes with two tobogans, so if you have children, they will have the time of their lives! This is a great place to stay and we plan to return many times.

This cozy condo was perfect for our family of four (though we could have fit more, using couch and floor space). The kids loved their private room, and my husband and I had to ask where their master bed came from because it was SOOOO comfortable. How many places have leather furniture? The decor made it homey, but it was clear enough that we could easily move in our things and not worry about having to move the owners' pieces away from our kids' curious hands. While the condo is close enough to walk to town for any or all meals, we were thrilled that it contained everything we needed to be able to cook our own when we wanted. Being right next to Carter Park was a definite plus. My husband did a bike race there, but the day before we enjoyed watching a group play kickball, others use the dog run, and our kids loved the multiple playgrounds and fields in which to run. We definitely hope to return soon. Thanks, Salenieks!
