Our Oceanfront Studio has a fabulous view of the ocean with one whole wall of nothing but windows! Our Oceanfront Studio has been completely renovated with new tile floors, furniture, bathroom and kitchen. You'll wish you had this kitchen in your own home. It has everything you'd want and more - full size appliances with tons of new cabinets and quartz counter tops. The deck is large enough to do more than just stand on, unlike some places. You'll love watching the sunrise and dolphins swim by with sound of the waves. Our beds have feather beds on them for added comfort. We also supply blankets, coverlets and lots of pillows - linens upon request with a cleaning fee. Our entertainment center has a new 32" TV, DVD/VCR and PlayStation II which you can enjoy from our soft full size leather sofa. We also have a movie library and board games. We hope you enjoy our art decor for a contemporary feeling during your stay. We've tried to think of everything you might need to make sure you have an enjoyable vacation. Once you see the view you will be hooked!

Oceans II is located on the beach at the north end of the Boardwalk at 40th and Atlantic. It has a fabulous restaurant located in our condo called "EATS" with an American Bistro cuisine. Oceans II also has a coin operated laundry for your convenience. The trolley stops right in front of our condo for transportation up and down the Boardwalk. You can also rent bikes, kayaks, and other beach stuff near by. First Landing State Park is also within walking or biking distance with miles of hiking trails. Virginia Beach has year around activities for the whole family. We hope you can visit us year after year. We also own a Pool view Studio at Oceans II that has been renovated.   • We were at the Oceanfront Studio the first week of august and realy enjoy our stay and the view was sublim. Dolphins was there every morning and sunset too to make our breakfast and/or dinner a true loving moment!

  • We stayed at the Ocean Front Studio the week of June 7th. The condo has a great location just off the north end of the boardwalk, right on the beach. We enjoyed getting up early each morning and having coffee on the balcony and watching the birds, dolphins and people/surfers. We walked the boardwalk and beach every day for exercise... a very beautiful, very clean area. All in all a very relaxing vacation. And be sure not to pass up "Eats" ... some of the best food on the beach! The condo it self was very clean, decorated very nicely, and packed with almost anything one might want while on vacation in the area. Parking was perfect as well, and we ended up leaving all our beach stuff in the car trunk and just picked it up on the way to the beach each day... PERFECT! Donnie and Connie ... Connecticut

  • Condo is tastefully decorated with a lovely ocean view. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to make a fine dinner/cocktails. The beach is not as busy compared to other areas. I would recommend this to anyone interested in a vacation to this area.

  • We spent a week at the condo in mid September and had a wonderful time. The view of the ocean and beach is wonderful, and we enjoyed waking up to the sunrise over the water each morning. This was a great place to stay, very convenient to the beach and area attractions, but far enough away from the crowds. Highly recommended.

  • We just visited Virginia Beach for the first time and had SO much fun. We even got engaged on the beach! The condo is BEAUTIFUL! Anything and everything you could need is right in the room. The owners have made some recent updates and everything is very modern. You can't find a better view, you could throw a rock into the ocean while standing on the balcony. Every morning and late evening we sat on the balcony and watched dolphins play in the water for hours! SO cool! No need to pay for a "dolphin watch" cruise! We had a blast just hanging out around the pool with the locals! We both are in our mid to late 20's, but would recommend this location to those of ALL ages! We WILL be back to stay at the ocean front studio!

  • We just enjoyed four days in the studio. The cozy surroundings have been tastefully decorated & designed for efficiency. The modern kitchen has everything you would need to prepare a meal. The owner has given much thought to every detail that would make the guests' stay comfortable. Our favorite place was the balcony where you can relax & take in the ocean sights, sounds, & breeze - heavenly!

  • This place was perfect for my husband and me! Beautiful view to watch the dolphins cruise by. I watched the sunrise over the ocean for teh first time from the balcony. It was breathtaking! We will definitely come back!
