The adjoining guest bedroom has 2 twin beds & a private bathroom with shower. The lower level features a living room/dining area with 2 luxurious leather sofas, large television & overlooks the patio & waterfront Marina. Dining area has a comfortable dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including microwave oven. A guest bath is also on the lower level. The villa has ceiling fans in each room & air conditioning throughout, telephone, cable TV, internet service & a washer. Luxury linens, over sized towels & beach towels included.
