Accommodations: House - 4 Bedrooms - 1 Bath - (Sleeps 5)

Peaceful... Private yard with hot tub, tiki hut/grill, water view (L of photo) - Florida Keys Vacation Rental Nice ground level, concrete block/wood construction (CBS), quaint Keys home (about 1100 square feet) (single-family home), located in a very private area on Morton Street (Mile Marker 58). NOT a mobile home or pre-built home. Wonderful street for biking, running, walking, roller blading, and nature. Ground level home with 4 bedrooms. Main bedroom with double bed, desk/chair, and closet. The additional 3 bedrooms each have a twin bed, a bookshelf or shelves, and a closet. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub/shower and washer/dryer. The front Florida room has sliders to the yard and open water view of the Gulf, with dining room table and chairs, and a futon/couch. The phone is for local calls only. DSL is available to use with your laptop. There is air conditioning throughout the home. There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with a dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, double oven, and microwave. Cooking utensils are provided. Linens are provided (sheets, towels, pillows). The living room has a couch, bookshelf, and TV. There is parking off-street for 2 vehicles. Included is a hot tub with cover. The tiki hut has a BBQ grill. There is NO dock or boat access with this property. Grassy Key Marina is 5 minutes from the house, Gulf Side, at Mile Marker 59. A ramp (with fee) in/out is available, as well as storage for your boat/trailer for the week. The owner lives on-site. The front viewing area is for the view only of the Gulf of Mexico, of the boats and birds that go by. There is no location for a boat, and no real beach area; but is quite nice for the viewing of the Gulf of Mexico. The house is a non-smoking house – please smoke outside the house. PETS are OK (with approval). You must be 25 or older to rent our home. No Spring Breakers! Our home is very private, with a completely fenced in yard, for 'sunbathing'. The hot tub is rejuvenating after a long day of sightseeing or fishing, and watching the stars over head in the evening. The tiki hut and grill is a good place for BBQ'ing and eating outside.
