Location: Grassy Key, Marathon Area, Florida Keys, Florida, USA (10 min Marathon Airport, 2 hours Miami Airport)

Accommodations:  House, 4 Bedrooms, 1 Bath (Sleeps 5)

Nice ground level, concrete block/wood structure/construction (CBS), quaint Keys home, located in a very private area on Morton Street (Mile Marker 58). NOT a mobile home or pre-built home. This rental is the front unit of our home (with 7 rooms, about 1000 square feet), facing the ocean, private fenced yard, and private hot tub. The 7 rooms include 3 bedrooms, FL room, kitchen, family room, and bathroom.

Wonderful street for biking (bring your own bikes), running, walking, roller blading (bring your own roller blades), and nature.

Ground level home/front unit with 3-4 bedrooms/sleeping areas. (1) Main bedroom with double bed, desk/chair, and closet, for 2 persons. (2) Second bedroom has a trundle bed (extra single bed below main bed), for 2 persons. (3) Third bedroom has a single bed for 1 person. (4) The front Florida room has a futon couch that folds down to a bed, to sleep 2.

The bathroom has a tub/shower and washer/dryer. The front Florida room has sliders to the yard and open water view of the Gulf, with dining room table and chairs. Please bring your own cell phone for phone calls, as there is no phone with the rental (and no DSL/Internet). There is air conditioning (air conditioners) throughout the home. There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with a dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator, oven, and microwave. Cooking utensils are provided. Linens are provided (sheets, towels, pillows). The living room has a couch, small table, and TV. There is parking off-street for 2 vehicles. Included is a hot tub with cover.

There is NO dock or boat access with this property. Grassy Key Marina is 5 minutes from the house, Gulf Side, at Mile Marker 59. A ramp (with fee) in/out is available, as well as storage for your boat/trailer for the week. The owner lives on-site.

The front viewing area is for the view only of the Gulf of Mexico, of the boats and birds that go by. There is no location for a boat, and no real beach area; but is quite nice for the viewing of the Gulf of Mexico.

The house is a non-smoking house/front unit – please smoke outside the home/front unit.

PETS are OK (with approval).

You must be 25 or older to rent our home/front unit. No Spring Breakers!

Our home/front unit is very private, with a completely fenced in yard, for 'sunbathing'. The hot tub is rejuvenating after a long day of sightseeing or fishing, and watching the stars over head in the evening.
