We invite you to enjoy all Vermont has to offer in our family-oriented home on Lake Champlain. The house is located 1/4 mile from Route 2, which can take you throughout Vermont. The house is considered "lake-front"; however, our street is between the front yard and the rest of the waterfront property. You will have access to our personal dock and approximately 100 feet of lakefront. There is a boat ramp walking distance from the house for a nominal fee. Alburg Dunes State Park is approximately two miles away and offers the only naturally occurring sand dunes in Vermont.
Pillows and comforters are provided as well as kitchen utensils. You will need to provide your own linens. The downstairs has recently been renovated and enclosed so it could potentially be used for more sleeping areas. There are two bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and the other with a full size bed on the main level. The upstairs loft offers two twin size beds and an inflated queen size mattress on a futon frame. A full size kitchen allows for cooking with a corner market and deli walking distance from the house.
A wrap-around porch was added within the last two years as well as a screened-in section around back. The front of the house offers a three-season porch with a westerly view looking directly on the lake. You won't find a better place to watch the sun set than the front porch.
