Nestled along the historic St. Johns River, 103 Riverside Blvd. on Federal Point lies this 3 bedroom, 3,300 sq. ft. home on a secluded road that only has a few houses. The set up is very private on almost two acres with 220 feet of private riverfront with a 300 ft. dock with two boat slips and a large platform at the end, particularly enjoyable day or night or for evening sunsets, which can also be seen from the living room couch.
Robert E. Lee once camped in the area which led to the naming of a road in his name down the street. The has not changed in 100 years, very awe inspiring especially at night when the sky is covered in stars, while hearing the owls. Bring only your toothbrush and clothes, as the home is totally furnished.
Down home cooking, local seafood restaurants, state parks (including The Ravines Gardens) surround the area. Historical sites, museums, the oldest city (St. Augustine) are within 25 minutes). Silver Springs where the original Tarzan movies were filmed along with many other movies are only 20 minutes away. Drive 30 minutes and you will find an outlet mall with every store. Groceries, retail and other stores are near by. The beach is only 35 minutes away.
