Ground floor, poolside and oceanfront!!!!! Beautiful white sand beaches!Located conveniently by the pool. There is a small enclosed pool area that adjoins the outdoor pool! This area is heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer. Being located on the ground floor, there is no need for crowded, hot elevator rides!
Our condo is ideal for two people, but has a sleeper sofa in the living area plus bunk beds (small) in the hall that makes it comfortable for four. Our goal is to provide clean, safe and affordable accommodations. An incredible value!! Our guests return year after year knowing that they have found a great family friendly condo in Orange Beach!
There is a bicycle lane on Perdido Beach Blvd. Approximately a 5 mile ride into Gulf Shores with State Park located midway.

We spent a week here and had a wonderful time. Very easy process to rent from fabulous owners at a great price. From the ground floor location of the balcony we could see the dolphins and the railing was high enough to keep little ones intact. A great place to grill with seating for a picnic just a short distance from the front door. I loved the black out curtains in the bedroom. I am a light sleeper and had no problem sleeping until 10:00 everyday. Only 1 bedroom but high ceilings made it seem much bigger and we had ample room for me, my husband, daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren. There are two bunkbeds in the hallway and a sleeper sofa in the living room. We will definitely be returning!!!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.

Nice condo especially with a family of 4 and younger kids. Right on the pool deck and can see the beach/ocean/dolphins. Very nice people to rent from as well.

My family stayed at this condo around 5 years ago. I absolutely loved this condo. It is ground floor and you simply walk to your door while everyone else is getting on the elevators. The pool is awesome, especially the indoor pool. Great place and great price.
