CURRENTLY, WE ARE BOOKED THROUGH NOVEMBER 2012.
Come and enjoy our beautiful open and airy Caribbean-style cottage beach home which has 11’ ceilings throughout, enhanced by large windows above each door to allow that “beachy” feeling. Our home is located in Destin Pointe, a gated island neighborhood. We have 24/7 security staffed by helpful folks to help you feel comfortable upon arrival. Our Three Sisters cottage is located only 150 yards from the beach. (No need to cross a busy street). Or, take the free tram, during peak seasons, to the beach, pool, and outdoor hot tub or tennis courts.
Our home is all on one level with a two-car garage underneath. You’ll love the view from the front porch rocking chairs. Enjoy cook outs using either the Weber or gas grills. If you choose to eat in, you’ll love our fully equipped “white kitchen.” There are hardwood floors throughout and a balcony is located off the master bedroom.
While we love our home, we think you will fall in love with our Destin Pointe neighborhood as well. Because Destin Pointe is located just to the east of the jetties, you’ll have access to a wonderfully sparsely occupied 300 yards of sugar-white sand beach.
Our home is furnished with washer and dryer, 4 TV's, DVD, stereo with CD. For your indoor entertainment there is a new HD television in the living room to go along with TV’s in each bedroom. The kids can easily connect their “techno games” and, there is free wireless internet access.
Maximum occupancy is 8 - King in master bedroom; Queen in 2nd bedroom; 2 Twins in 3rd bedroom; and Queen sleeper couch in the living room.
Our home is near all the major shopping areas and just a few miles from Destin Commons; fabulous new Harborwalk; and Silver Sands Shopping Mall. Some of the best restaurants in Destin are located near Destin Pointe. And, of course, either a fishing expedition or just a visit to Destin Harbor to see “the fish come in” is a must!
Military are encouraged and standard military housing rates are accepted.
