Relax and enjoy some ocean views and an 18x36' private pool. Peaceful setting on the North end of Ft Myers Beach only footsteps to the deeded beach access across the street. Just a short walk or trolley ride to times square and the fishing pier. This home has just been completely renovated with 'Caribbean charm'. Beautifully decorated and comfortably equipped.
Master suite has King size bed, private bath, TV and Fax machine, First guest room offers queen size bed, closet and laundry room, third guest suite room has TV and sitting area with Queen size bed and forth guest suite has twin beds and a TV/Video player. Great room floor plan with sliding glass doors leading to a deck that overlooks the pool and some ocean views. Two covered parking.
We are very pleased to share our home with visitors to Ft Myers Beach. We travel plenty with our family and have set everything up as we hope to find our vacation properties - comfortable bedding, well stocked, convenient to everything, welcoming to our children and friends. The Home is very unique and charming. Renovated in 2006 to become the Sandy Bottom Bungalow. The home has views of the Ocean and features an enormous private heated pool. Wonderful 4 bedroom floor plan. 120 ' double wide drive allows for cars, boats RVs and and a place for the little ones to ride around. The North end of the Island has also gone though an amazing transformation and is the premier addresses on the Island. A short walk from Times Squre, resturants, shops and the fishing pier. You can also take beach trolley around the Island - which runs every 20 for 25cents!
