You can enjoy golfing at the Nicklaus-designed 18-hole Headwaters Golf Course (opens May 14th) + 3 more in the area, skiing at the family-friendly SolVista Ski Resort (closing day March 30th) with newly remodeled lodge and great new restaurant (3 minute drive)or world-class Winter Park Ski Resort (25 minute drive), fishing on the Fraser River, mountain biking on 600+ miles of trails, exploring and hiking Rocky Mountain National Park or Arapahoe National Forest, boating on Lake Granby, Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain Lake not to mention cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, horseback riding, dog-sledding, snowshoeing, hot-sulphur springs, and more! Our brand new condo in beautiful Granby Ranch is conveniently located on the first floor just a few steps away from parking (a huge plus when you have children and luggage). We also have a storage locker for ski equipment or golf clubs. It's ideal for one large family (like ours) or two families wanting to share. During the ski season, the SolVista shuttle picks up and drops off right at our complex. The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and attached master bathroom. (2 people) The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and TV with DVD player. (2 people) The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed plus an inflatable full-sized mattress and TV, DVD player, and GameCube with games perfect for the kids. (5 kids) We have a very comfortable (Pottery Barn) queen-sized sofa bed in the living room with a large TV and DVD/CD player. (2 people) In addition, we have an extra twin-sized inflatable mattress that can be placed in any of the rooms. (1 kid) Our dining table seats 6 people and the breakfast bar an additional 4 people. Our kitchen has everything you need for cooking from a pancake griddle to a roasted turkey. And feel free to use our stock of spices and condiments. We also have an outdoor gas grill on the patio. There is a new City Market grocery store and Starbucks located just a two minute drive away. We welcome you to enjoy our home away from home!
