PHOENIX GET-AWAY

The Casita was wonderful. Gary and his staff made our stay very enjoyable. They had their priorities right in how they remodeled this very special place. The kitchen was first class, the seating area was very comfortable and the garden as well as the patio were engaging. Internet availability was a plus. The Willo neighborhood is relaxing and very accessable. We reserved the Casita for next year before we departed.

Just returned from a wonderful week in Arizona We loved the casita. It was located in beautiful Old Towne. The area is well maintained and very safe. The kitchen was very nice, sitting area w/ relciner and small sofa. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the sun, very private. Great location for shopping and sight seeing. Close to airport and interstate. Thank you Gary and Juan for making our stay so enjoyable, you guys were the best!!!!!!

Great for attending conference at convention ctr

We stayed here in Mid November while attending the GreenBuild Conference. It was so-o-o nice to get away from all the people and come home to our quiet and peaceful hide-away. The rental is very well equipped with just about everything you could use (except wifi) and was very comfortable and very clean. There is internet but you have to connect with a cable. The queen bed was comfortable, the shower good, and the outside patio just lovely. It is about a 10 minute walk to light rail system and very easy to use to get to downtown. You could actually drive a car down to close to the railway if you didn't want to walk it but we enjoyed it. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Landlord was very agreeable and easy to work with. Would highly recommend. The only reason I didn't give it an "excellent" rating is because the bed is a queen (not king) the tv is very small, and the lack of wifi. Otherwise a great rental.

Beautiful Guesthouse

Date of Stay: 05/23/08 Review Submitted: 05/29/08

My boyfriend and I spent Memorial Day weekend here. I was very excited when I saw the photos online, but they do not do the El Encanto Guesthouse justice. The gardens are gorgeous and decor inside is modern and tasteful. You have everything you need right here. I would definitely return and recommend to anyone staying in Phoenix. Thanks Gary!
