  My friends and I stayed for a week in this beautiful condo a couple weeks ago, and it was definitely worth it! We had an amazing view of the ocean, and not only did we have a great view, everything was up-to-date in the condo and the condo was beautiful! It was a very comfy and relaxing stay! Not to mention how amazing the condo was, it was also very close to everything! I would definitely rate this condo 10/10!

  I give this condo and The Boardwalk location very high ratings! The condo was beautifully decorated with upscale furnishings and looked like it was brand new. Everything was in perfect condition and extremely clean. The kitchen was especially nice and spacious and I loved the beautiful granite countertops. While we did not use the bunk room, I am sure kids and teens would have fun staying in there. The view from the 16th floor is amazing and the balcony was a nice size. The Boardwalk Resort is one of the best in Panama City. The lobby is quite beautiful and we enjoyed the contemporary art and lighting. There is no elevator problem at this resort. There are plenty of them and they have beautiful mosaic tiles on the floors. The zero entry pool is great and the fitness center is one of the largest I have seen at any resort. I also like that there is a corner store in the building to grab a coffee or whatever you might need. I am so glad we stayed here and avoided all the congestion of traffic on Front Beach Road. And parking is fantastic here! You don't have to park across the street and hassle with those crossover walks. The owner, Kieran, is very nice and great to deal with. She was easy to get in touch with and even sent us a list of all her favorite local restaurants. We had a great experience here. I am sure you will love this place as we did!

  This was the best condo we have stayed at in Panama City Beach. Perfect location for people who like to get to shopping or restaurants quickly. The elevators were never a problem for the property size unlike many of the other condos in Panama City Beach. The size, amenities and decor was perfect for a family of 5 to 7. The balcony has a breathe taking view to see the fireworks off the county pier and along the beach during the fourth of July week. The beach area was very enjoyable and less crowded than other resort areas and very family oriented. The beds slept wonderful and what should be expected while on a vacation trip. Took a charter boat, Gotta Believe, out for a 6 hour fishing trip and caught our limit of red snapper, a 40lb King and a 6 foot Bull Shark.The owner is great to do business with and we will plan to make this our annual place to stay.   We have just returned from our second stay at this well appointed condo. The view is amazing from the 16th floor and the wall to wall, floor to celiing windows in the master bedroom provide the perfect frame. From the bed linens to the furniture you would find no better at a 5 star hotel. The resort is ocean front on a wide beach with no large resorts on either side. Beach space is plentiful! The ocean is perfect for little ones as the beach here is shallow for several feet out and the walk from your condo to the beach is short. Our young children loved the splash area and zero entry pool. The grill/bar beside the pool is also good for a quick lunch or dinner. There are childrens actvities in the summer that are fun. The fitness center is clean with incredible ocean views and personal tvs on the cardio machines. The owners have been readily available for questions (and flexible when it came time to leave and we wanted to rent extra days!). Also, they make it effortless with no check in or out at a front desk which is priceless. The area is convenient with several restaurants in walking distance, golf across the street, tons of PCB activities, or take a 30 minute drive up the beach & visit the other beach towns along 30a (Seaside, Rosemary, Alys, Watercolor..). If you are looking for a clean upscale condo with superb ammenties and a great location in PCB/30A this is THE ONE!!

  We absolutely loved staying at your condo. The furnishings are very chic and upscale. The rooms were immaculately clean. My view of the beach from the master bedroom was amazing. The owner stayed in contact with us and was very nice and professional. We will definitely stay again next year and recommend it to all our friends. Thanks again for making our family vacation one of the best we have had in Florida.
