I chose to buy in Boulder because it is beautiful, safe, outdoorsy and there is so much to do!
I bought my house as a primary residence, then became a vacation rental, I wanted to be within city limits but away from the loud crowd; with easy access to mayor intersections, South Boulder was the perfect location.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The Home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Having Table Mesa Shopping Center near by makes a difference, I can go for a coffee, Indian food or a drink, and just walk back home. The 24 hours grocery store is great for my last minute shopping.

This property suited our needs perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better lodging arrangement. It was great for our official "hub head quarters" for my daughter's wedding and commencement. The location was absolutely perfect. The property was clean very well maintained. The owner was very responsive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Because of the location, we were able to visit restaurants and shopping at Pearl Street Mall.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway.

We had a great experience staying here. There were 4 adults and 1 toddler. There was plenty of room for everyone. Never had a problem sharing the two full bathrooms. Way less expensive than renting a hotel room. Most importantly, the property is very centrally located, and in our case, the location helped facilitate a family birthday party which hosted more than two dozen people. The indoor/outdoor space was very accommodating. Other than wishing there were more overhead lights (just a personal preference) and needing to rent a baby crib and highchair for the little one, it had everything we needed. The owner, Cecilia, was also very friendly and accessible for questions. We'll stay here again!

This was my first trip to boulder, but we definitely lucked out with the house. It was a quick cab or car ride to downtown or CU campus, and the house is in great shape. The back patio was perfect for the time of year we were there, and there is plenty of space for 6 people. I would certainly try to book the house again if I am ever back in Boulder.

We had a very pleasant vacation in Boulder during the winter holidays of 2009/2010. The house is very pleasant and the location is excellent, close to the city's many attractions and also to the main roads when we wanted to explore around.

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving, 2008. It was a great location and had plenty of room for us (5 adults and one child); three bedrooms, two baths, large kitchen and dining areas and a large, comfortable living room. Good off-street parking and a good neighborhood. We would recommend it.

We had a great stay at the vacation rental in Boulder. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. There is also a really nice park just a few blocks away which is great for the kids. We will definitely try and stay here again on our next visit!
