The home is surrounded by lush tropical plantings. As you are entering the casa through the etched glass doors, a very spacious and open floor plan awaits your enjoyment.

The kitchen area features granite counters, custom cabinets and is fully equipped to meet all of your cooking needs. From the dining area to the great room ahead, take in the views of the pool, terrace and ocean. Adjoining the main floor are two separate guest quarters each having a full bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. Follow the curved staircase up to the master suite past the stained glass window wall of the magical dolphins.

The master suite encompasses the entire second floor providing views of coastline and surrounding mountains. As well as outside seating areas to enjoy the cooling ocean breezes. The focal point of the outside living area is the expansive tiled terrace and multi-sectioned pool, wading pool for children, hot tub, and deeper section.
