This Condo has just been remodeled to enhance your Tahoe vacation. Updated kitchen with new appliances, granite counters and breakfast bar. A new 42" plasma tv sets this condo apart as unique. Two story town home with the living area and half bath on the entry level and two bedrooms and a full bath on the second level.
Unit also has secured Ski equipment storage just outside unit to add more space and comfort to your stay.
Roomy deck off the living area for summer BBQ's, overlooking Aspen Grove.
The complex offers a family pool, adult pool and tennis courts available in the summer months and a sauna and hot tub (adult only) open year round. A couple of blocks to a public beach, bike trail and minutes to Tahoe City. All in all this is a delightful spot to begin your Tahoe vacation!
There is a very homey, and personal feel to this uplifting and relaxing home.

Why the Owner Chose Tahoe City
We purchased this condo due to the close proximity to the North side of Lake Tahoe. We personally love the 5 minute walk to the lake, the 20 minute walk into Tahoe City. We can also bike from our condo, up to the high school for endless bike trails. Kings beach, state-line and incline village are a short drive, and most of the ski resorts are 5 to 10 minutes drive away.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The large deck is amazing for summer. You can drive up to the front door. No stairway or hallway to get into the condo. Easy access to Hwy 28, bike path and the lake. We regularly walk from our house to Tahoe city for coffee in the morning on the asphalt walking path. We regard our home highly, and strive to keep all the little things that anyone needs on their vacation, accessible, and available so you can relax.
We both travel for a living, and truly understand the importance of the 'little things' you need when you are on the road. We strive to ensure everything you need is already in place when you arrive. After all, we frequently vacation at our condo, and we expect everything to be 'set' so we can relax!

Mick and Michelle where in their late twenties when we purchased this condo. We lived in the condo for about 1.5 years before we both started traveling extensively for work. Mick is an independent Software Architect, and Michelle is a commercial airline pilot. We are both on-the-road for work, but we visit our mountain getaway as much as possible and have high expectations for where we stay, and where you stay!
