Leonardo Arms - The area is full of sites to see and things to do, including a great golf course, boat rentals, shopping and restaurants across the street.

The great thing about this area is that the restaurants, golf course, boat rentals etc. are nestled in palm trees and other foliage keeping you surrounded by nature. The property sets on the beach and the ocean. The pool is the largest pool on the island and it is heated. Also, you can sit on your lanai and watch your children play.

Start by enjoying our condo. You will notice that all the furnishings are new including bedding tile floor and walls. Everything in the bedrooms is new (literally hours old I wrote this the day after I finished remodeling the condo). For those of us that like to cook the kitchen is loaded with all size pots, frying pans, baking pans, cookie sheets, pizza pan, glass cooking pans, large roasting pan, salad spinner, 16 rubber storage bowls, juice containers, electric blender, electric hand mixer, electric juicer, toaster, 3 glass mixing bowls, plastic mixing bowls, steamer, new stainless steel stove, new stainless steel ref with water and ice on the door, new stainless steel quiet dishwasher, new built in stove hood with easy access microwave, all the kitchen utensils you will need and all the baking dishes from glass to Teflon and more. I also hand crafted a maple butcher block counter that seats 4 at the kitchen so you and your family and guests can enjoy each other while you prepare food and drink.

If you like to eat out, the place is loaded with good restaurants. The walk on the beach is in itself a gift. This area is loaded with bird and marine life and all seem to congregate at your door step. This is the south end of the island and it is know for being quiet and unchanged. If you become our tenant do not hesitate to call me, tell me your likes and dislikes and I may be able to point out places to go and things to do that you might not discover. I have been going to the area since 1970 and I know it well from Naples to Captive Island.
